I am starting quizzes for moderator positions in the guild I'm just seeing how everyone feels about quizzes.

They're interesting. I just hate the one's where it's obvious. Like "how emo are you?" Well, if you choose all the emo answers, like "I'd rather stay home and dye my hair" or "put my headphones on and ignore the world" or "my favorite quote is 'no one understands me'"... it's pretty obvious.
