I have read all three novels 3 times and I have thought about this actually. From all that Jacob has done, good AND bad, and from all that Edward has done, good and bad, I would choose Edward. I made this choice because Edward makes his choice with the best intentions in mind and thinks about the best thing for Bella. Jacob is quite spontaneous and he can do stuff without thinking whether it is good for Bella or not. They both pledge their love, but part of me feels that Edward's love is stronger because he cares more about Bella than Jacob does. I say this because Edward is able to struggle to resist Bella's blood and body. Jacob can't control himself that well, even though he doesn't worry about resisting the blood since he is not a vampire. But still, Jacob cannot control himself around Bella as much as Edward does. So my choice is made, Jacob is a good kid, but I would definitely choose Edward because he is a MAN, not a boy-a man, in more ways than the obvious because he is more mature.
That was probably more in depth than this topic needed but I had to get my opinion out.

That's a really tough decision... I'd probably choose Edward but still hang out with Jacob a lot.

I used to do that when i was dating Matt.. him and a good friend of mine (Jake) they hated each other. But i still hung with Jake and talked to him on the phone 24/7. lol XD but Matt was a druggie so i dont like to talk about him anymore... like AT ALL!! lol

sk8ergirlpunk94  I really do like Jacob a lot.. but he can be a real jerk.. u know??? like he can be sooo mean to Bella, it makes me wanna kill him.. and yea Edward made me REALLLLLYYYYY mad but hes sooooo much better then jacob.. i personally would pick Edward over Jacob... Edward seems hotter anyways! and, Edward cant live without Bella... Jacob can.. heart Edward Cullen heart that definetly sums up how i feel.Jake is a jerk to bella sometimes, saying all this stuff how he'll never leave her nd stay with he rif she stays with him.WRONG!he wouldnt.minute he saw the girl who he would imprint on he would leave.Edward is always there no matter what!

That's a really tough one. I'd have to say Edward because he's the sweeter of the two.

I would pop out of the fictional pages because you know Bella can totally do that and kill of Meyer for producing such an awful book.
