S.H.R. Agency FLASHCHARGE HAS FALLEN!!! "This is Maria Beckingtail reporting with Channel One news. In a report from the front at Africa, we have heard the Flashcharge is missing in action. It is reported that he was attempting to save the lives of some men when, for reasons unknown, his powers spiraled out of control. All that was left was a deep crater. Let us pray that nothing has happened to our very own hero." ---------------------------M E T A P L O T - INFO ----------------------------
Under the harsh rays of the fierce desert sun, fighting was murder and nearly un-doable. The desert inhabitants, as well as Avalanche himself were all well attuned to these conditions and were generally better able to fight and often had the better hand on them.
However, the moment the greatest heroes entered the fray, the magnificent tag-team of Bolthor and Sir Aquifer, H2O or Flashcharge, the tide always seemed to turn into the advantage for the World Alliance. Cheered and bolstered by the success of their commanders, the troops rallied and always managed to put in that extra bit of effort to drive the enemy away.
Today was a particularly rough battle. The sun was harsh, the sand was stirring and being just plain hostile to all of them, probably due to some sort of earth evolved somewhere. It was nearing an all out chaotic brawl once more. Shouts and cries, flashes, power bursts everywhere and all the whole that damn sun.
Flashcharge was navigating through, helping out the supers that seemed to be in trouble, or dispatching anyone he could do safely and easily. He had just taken a break and closely observed the battlefield to see where he was next needed when a flash of gold caught his eyes. When he focused in on it, he could see a-- he squinted -- civilians? Women and children by the looks of it, harassed by some evolved who was carrying a massive golden scythe. And he was about to-- Flashcharge pushed off and vanished to the naked eye. Less than a second later it was as if he appeared out of thin air to blast the scythe guy away. He didn't just appear, of course. He had found out the trick on how he could accelerate super fast on short distances. It cost him a lot of energy, but it was helpful in cases such as this. To others it might appear as if he was teleporting.
In any case, nwo that the danger was averted, Flashcharge turned back to the civilians, a confident and reassuring smile on his face. He was just about to say them everything was fine when he met red eyes.
...red....eyes..
darkness...
assault
voices, shouting, crying, trying to-- to-- to SUBDUE-- to-- take.. OVER-- and he couldn't--- no...no....
"NO!" he cried out, he gripped his head, trying to force out the darkness that was threatening to take him, it scared him, frightened him, that darkness it, it-- nearly out of his mind, Flashcharge instinctively blasted his energy outwards, trying to blast away the threat surrounding him. The sudden blast of energy wiped away everything around him in a short radius, but also left his mind vulnerable for just a few seconds.
It was enough.
The darkness enclosed him and the last thing Thomas saw when he blacked out were red--oh so red-- eyes.
Like the color of blood.

Flashcharge It Is Not Your End Yet America might revolve around Flashcharge and consider his presence to be the most noticeable aspect in all the world. In Africa, in the middle of a war, it was a minor miracle that the precious few missed his presence that did miss it. And they didn't indicate it to alert anyone else. Distraction was a luxury that could not be afforded. As ideal as the concept is, one may be for all, but all simply cannot be for one in some realities.
It was when both sides had had enough that a larger part of the army became aware that something was wrong. Instead of one of his usual customs, Sir Aquifer sent notice that he wanted a certain imprint evolved, if able, to report and to report NOW. Then they, along with Bolthor, left, putting the fourth man down the line in command. Rumors immediately ran through the camp. Their chief admiral hadn't looked that bad since they'd lost half a dozen of their best men.... Bolthor had been noticeably in disagreement with him, and that had never happened before. A large part of the morale of the camp was based in the fact that the commanders had always been so strongly in agreement over everything. Where was Flashcharge anyway? Neither had he followed his usual customs. . .
The imprint evolved located them in the crater that Flashcharge had caused. Miraculously, they were not exposed to the desert sun, but sheltered underneath a boulder that sat precariously in the sand. The middle aged man was terrified, and trying to protect Flashcharge. His English was broken, but they were able to find from him that Flashcharge had saved him during the fighting. He had come out with his family, desiring to get away from the rule of Avalanche and wishing to use his telekinetic abilities to help in the fight. All he had done was kill his family and Flashcharge too.
Perhaps he was right about his family, but it was with relief that they found Flashcharge to--barely--be well. It would be a matter only of getting him back safely.
Oodjit just would not leave Flashcharge's side in the tent. It was a blessing to have him, really. The man was distraught and distracted, but he quickly became a large help to the over-worked medic staff. To Bolthor, who took the time to sit with Oodjit, interview him, and cross examine him about what he knew about the situation for the civilians and the forced work of the African evolveds, he offered some tidbits of insight. Though not necessarily helpful, there was no telling when a random piece of information might prove to become so.
When Flashcharge did finally break out of his coma, he had a severe, but short-lived, loss of memory. When he regained his memory, it was still clear that he was having some problems. The sassy, not-in-bed-until-dead attitude was gone. He moved uncertainly, slowly, and sometimes jerked unexpectedly.
Sir Aquifer hated to do it, but he was going to have to pull rank on his third. He was afraid arguing with Thomas in this state would be worse than facing Avalanche himself face on. But it was time. After a short greeting, he went straight to the point, "Thomas, I think it is time for you to go back to America."

Insanity is for the Crushed Flashcharge is Crushed Flashcharge and Odjit had been flown back to the US almost immediately after Sir Aquifer had called the famed hero in to order him home. Once back, Flashcharge had been checked up a million times, forced to spend in bed a million forevers and generally be-- well... grumpy, mostly. It was clear to those that knew him he wasn't the same he had been. Something... there was something not entirely right with him. Odjit, Flashcharge's friend, on the other hand, seemed to thrive. He looked better than he had than when he first arrived and got along with nearly everyone. Everyone seemed to quite unanimously find him a charming and very charismatic man. Admirable to be sure, after all, he was still doing so well after the terrible things he had gone through! AND he had saved Flashcharge! Something that endeared him to nearly everyone. It was now nearing two weeks after Flashcharge's initial return, and he still wasn't like he used to be. Pale, subdued, more like a shadow of his former self. He tried, sure, but it seemed he was unable to overcome whatever it was. He had once complained to Photon and Darebone about the 'breeze' becoming such a bother and he really did NOT like it anymore, but upon closer inspection, there was no draft whatsoever and left the two for a mystery. Another thing Flashcharge had grown an aversion to was the color red. He winced whenever he saw it and tended to look away. His only explanation was it made him feel sick and that it reminded him too much of all the blood that was spilled in the desert. There was something else it reminded him of, but that was something he NEVER mentioned. It was hurtful to all who'd known Flashcharge. He moved slowly, as if always coming against something, much like a person in water. He jerked sometimes, and that frightened the medic staff. They were afraid he would jerk and fall one day, hurt himself worse. It was certainly a warning to all would-be supers: Fighting is dangerous. Sometimes it takes your life in it's entirety. Other times...it just took parts of you. The ability to move correctly, the ability to think correctly, the ability to BE who you were. And no one knew if Thomas would heal. Perhaps Avalanche and his men had turned Thomas into a puttering old man a good half century before he should have been.

BOOM! CRASH!
Time to rumble! Last time, on "Defeating the Good Guys. . ."He just turned to Andy and smiled at him. With that smile, the darkness came, and his eyes lit up a bright, blood red. He would take the boy's mind by force. He wanted him. Together with Flashcharge he would be nigh indefeatable. And now, a commercial break to insure the new update is ridiculously small . . .Right before he could force his mind onto Andy's the ground surged, and knocked them all of their feet. Flashcharge hadn't responded in any way to what was going on, instead was just staring blankly on ahead, not even noticing Andy, or the surge. When Odjit and Andy looked up they'd see the angry face of Avalanche. The man was seething with anger, his face twisted in a horrible mask of fury. The ground around him was rumbling, trembling, louder and louder. "You," he hissed, and stared at Odjit. His fist clenched, and with lightning speed the ground surged and formed two snakes, which launched forwards, clearly intended to kill Odjit. Odjit's eyes narrowed and then the snakes were vaporised. Flashcharge had risen. His eyes still blank and one arm still raised, even the blast was gone. "Oh, I see," Avalanche grunted angrily, "You've got your filthy paws on their greatest superhero, didn't ya. Well, I won't let you control ANYONE, you b*****d! YOU MADE ME KILL SARAH!" he roared. The ground around them exploded and rose upwards. Three huge snakes had formed. Avalanche was now on top of one of them. The rage and anger in his eyes had nearly reached such an extent it had made him insane. Not yet, not yet. First... death of HIM. He didn't even see Photon or Flashcharge, had his eyes only sighted on Odjit. Flashcharge swayed and blinked, and then his eyes blanked before he misted again. "Wha-- Avalanche?" he muttered, "This...home..." The sudden shock of seeing Avalanche in an environment he wasn't supposed to be made it so Odjit couldn't force Flashcharge to follow his commands. No matter, it would suffice to just hold him and subdue him. He turned his every bit of attention towards the main threat of Avalanche. Avalanche cried out and roared as he gripped his head. "GET OUT OF MY MIND, YOU SON OF A--" he cried. His snakes started thrashing out into the same agony their master was one, letting out hisses and destroying whatever they landed out in their death agonies. Indeed, Odjit wasn't about to let the bug annoy him once more. He was aiming to KILL the other man, hammering onto his mind, wiping away and crushing his defenses. Oho- he smirked- the bug had CARED about what he had been forced to do that pathetic apprentice of his. That was what had snapped the connection between the pair originally. Odjit just chuckled, taking away his concentration from Flashcharge to focus it all on Avalanche, who was still thrashing. One of the snakes had disintegrated in agony, followed quickly by the other two. Avalanche fell, landing on top of the hills of dirt. Who cared what his physical body was doing though? His mind was being ripped apart. Flashcharge was dazed and confused, down and out for the count as he struggled to get his own mind back together and understand what was happening. What shall happen now? Will the greatest villain of all time be vanquished by a villain nobody? Will Flashcharge just continue to sit there in a daze? Why, why Photon. .. *wail* You have proven how worthless you are, sitting there and doing nothing with no excuse but your own fear! We shall expand on all of this NEXT time... on.. KILL THAT SUPERHERO!!! ... Update in about 12ish hours...

Psychic blasts, rock blasts, and more. . . And the family that lives across from the park is really scared. It was all a whir of activity that had taken place in less than a minute. Odjit's attack. Avalanche's sudden appearance. The resulting shouts and chaos as three stone snakes writhed in agony and disappeared as Odjit mercilessly attacked Avalanche. The powerful burst of color aimed at Odjit's back, meant to knock him down and out, hitting yet not managing its mission only from a sudden movement from the psychic villain. It was hard hitting enough, and now Odjit mentally flailed, desperate to pull at any minds he could find -- clasping in on those fireworks, and turning to rip that apart just the same way he'd been working on Avalanche. Destroy the threat. A minor glitch before moving on with the remainder of his plan. At the cost of removing the minor hold he still had on Flashcharge. Tsk, you think you'd learn. Ignore the first hero, you get an attempt on your life. Ignore another hero with even MORE reason to be angry, what do you think you'll get? Flashcharge was dazed no more. Instead, a terrible rage filled him and, with a cry and cursed swear, he threw himself towards Odjit, punched him in the face and then, just when he was about to blast the man into oblivion, it wouldn't come. He was staring into the smirking face of Odjit, that darkness closing in once more, and his power wasn't working and-- and-- and in a desperate attempt, Flashcharge found a grip on something. Snapped something. But Odjit wasn't just going to go down, oh NO... Odjit replied in like manner, but mentally, snapping something ELSE, a final attack. The telepathic discharge so powerful and so awful, it was visible as a red haze, surrounding them both, and then narrowing onto Flashcharge and then around his head, with Flashcharge crying out in the same agony and terror as Avalanche had. Then they were both down on the ground. Odjit was dead. Flashcharge out of business and Avalanche... well... Avalanche was just regaining his feet. He was standing on top of the dirt pile, shivering and shaking, but his eyes still burning with raw anger. First at the dead Odjit -- no FAIR, HE had meant to do that-- and then at the unconscious Flashcharge. Well, if one couldn't be killed, the other one would do. He raised a shaking arm and nearly instantly the mount of sand he had been standing on rose and twisted and reformed itself into a four-meter sized snake. Yes, Odjit had weakened him, terribly.... but not nearly enough for him to be out of commission. And he WOULD kill Flashcharge. A feral grin formed onto his face when his snake launched forward, ready to strike and kill the unconscious Flashcharge. But some mistakes should not be made twice. Photon didn't even think about it this time around, but turned full force onto Avalanche, his blasts becoming smaller as they were now less bluff and more power put into concentrated areas... Time again and again... When Photon tore into someone, he only became more powerful as he went on, not letting up, not giving an inch, not letting the other person a heartbeat in between attacks. There was nothing a person could do when Photon was intent on a target. ... But Avalanche was a big, SCARY villain who had control over most a large portion of land. Photon was a little, puny guy who had been hanging in the projects and pretending like he was doing something useful for a number of years. Avalanche didn't need to see what was going on to attack back. He only needed to feel the ground Photon was walking on. It would only be a fun sport to Avalanche to take Photon...there...THERE...move the ground up away from him to bury him...and THEN he'd take him out. Perfection. Two heroes in one day--even if one was an old byword... Panting now...That beast of a boy had REALLY knocked a lot out of him...Avalanche stepped forward. He would do this properly, so he could SEE the end of the heroes. Two at once, he thought, rocks formed together again, and now releasing to SLAM down..... The world would do better without them! Now HE could go back to his own plans!

....In Which Avalanche Drops the Snakes on our Supers... Good-bye, dearest heroes... Photon was just pulled under the ground and up to his neck already, and Avalanche was posed with two snakes to strike down on him and Flashcharge. They were certainly goners. Or would have been, if there hadn't been a tutting sound from just behind Photon, followed by a bright golden blast. When Andy would look up, he'd look straight up at Solarduct, one of America's very own villains, hovering just a few feet up in the air. His eyes were on Avalanche and there was nothing but contempt in them. Solarduct tutted again and raised an eyebrow. He appeared wholly unimpressed by Avalanche. "What do you think you're doing?" he asked, quite coolly and collected. Yet somehow, underneath that there was a dangerous current, warm, hot, as radiant as the sun's beams. Avalanche's assault had wavered and then stopped. His arms lowering slightly and his earthern creatures drawing back or falling apart. He looked up at Solarduct guardedly, carefully. "I'm killing him," he pointed at Flashcharge and for a moment his face contorted with rage again before he pulled himself together, with great effort. Solarduct's eyebrow was still raised. "I do believe you've forgotten the deal we've made. Haven't you?" his voice had chilled, there was a definite dangerous undercurrent now and Avalanche automatically tensed. His fists clenched, and the sand seemed to harden. He glared up at Solarduct. "Because I quite specifically recall, that Flashcharge is MINE," Solarduct hissed. A sudden golden aura radiated off of him and he finally floated down to the ground, dropping the last few yards he had been hanging. He landed softly and then stepped past Flashcharge, past Odjit, past Andy, not even looking at the latter one, until he stopped, several feet in front of Andy, as if to shield him. "Mine. I get to destroy Flashcharge, and I alone," he was glaring at Avalanche too, clearly displeased. "Shut UP, you're nothing but a FOOL, Johnny-boy," Avalanche roared and sneered at once. "Your toy's killed Odjit and I wanted to kill him. Me! And if I'm not getting that, I'll get the NEXT best thing!" he shouted. He rose his arms, and the ground around and behind him rose and formed itself once more into those formidable sand snakes of his. Solarduct just scoffed. "Are you sure, Damien?" he sneered, "Aren't you forgetting WHOSE terrain you are in, again?" he smirked. And he had good reason to. The ground Avalanche was using was constrained, hard, polluted. Not nearly as what he had to his disposal in the deserts. There were clear limits now. The day was gorgeous, the sky blue, not a cloud in sight. And the sun was shining quite brightly, clearly showing the one with the advantage here was Solarduct. It was something Avalanche also seemed to realise as he glared desperately at Solarduct. "Always their pet, always protecting you," he hissed. "Daddy's been keeping you safe, hasn't he?! No longer! DIE!" With every last fibre in his being he willed every last bit of his power into the earth around him and sent it all towards Solarduct, everything to kill him! He had to DIE! Solarduct didn't even bat an eyelash. The snakes were destroyed, vaporised by small blasts. Much like Andy's Solarduct's blasts could also pack a lot of power into a small surface. The assault didn't last long, the snakes were destroyed before they could even move. Solarduct just let out a sigh, rolled his eyes and studied his fingernails before he glanced back up at Avalanche. He smirked savagely and then-- just like Flashcharge could-- vanished, only to reappear in front of Avalanche. His hand was up against Avalanche's chest and the blast that put a hole the size of a watermelon in it was cast near instantly. Avalanche fell almost in slow-motion, having enough time to realise-- and then die. Solarduct sighed again. An annoyed sigh. Why was he always bothered by these menial sorts of labor? On the other hand, it had been quite easy. Too easy perhaps. Unusual, especially since Avalanche actually WAS quite powerful. Or had been, anyway, he smirked. How would that have happened? He turned around, his eyes taking in Photon for the very first time and he contemplated him. Who was that? Was that..? His eyes narrowed and then widened again and he grinned. My, my! It WAS Photon! Had HE weakened Avalanche so? My, that was quite something. Quite some potential. He leisurely strolled back to Photon, still buried tightly into the ground and stopped just in front of him.

What Solarduct does with weakened Supers he's been after for a decade These cookies are made by Deb and are rather tasty, THANK YOU! If you have missed previous updates, click here Solarduct came back to Andy and then took him by the scruff of the neck. His other hand extended and was aimed at the ground. A golden radiance seemed to engulf everything. And then a short yank on Andy's scruff, and he was pulled upwards and placed back onto his feet. Solarudct made sure to steady the young man while his eyes wandered up and down for a moment, trying to assess for injuries? Or something else. "You intrigue me, Photon," he murmured. His eyes, amber with that burning flame, deep inside of them, met Photon's. "Intrigue me. Such power... Have you ever considered doing something greater with your powers?" he asked. He took a step back, as if to assess him again. "You could be meant for such greatness," Solarduct muttered that too, nearly thinking to himself as he looked Photon up and down again. Such potential! "Would you consider to help me with my endeavors?" Solarduct suddenly asked and did so politely, it was as if he was having tea with someone. Ridiculous! The first most frightening villain in the world was the second villain that saved Photon's tail. All in less than 10 minutes. He so would not be admitting this to anyone. Ever. That wasn't a thought that occurred to him then though. Photon froze, afraid now to even attempt to blast the rock from him. His powers near any sort of heat had a tendency to intensify. He could guess how his powers would magnify and explode around Solarduct's and he certainly didn't want to aid his own death. This....this was a lovely position to be in. Buried and unable to use his own powers. Flashcharge possibly dying behind him, Solarduct first hovering over him, and Avalanche glaring back. Discussing which of them were going to make sure Flashcharge died. Nothing to be done. Photon's biggest curse and blessing in situations like these is his mind. Constantly thinking, over-thinking, second-guessing, and the resulting hesitation in battle and low self-esteem outside of battle is what created the young man that Thomas and Firesnare despised, Darebone clucked over, and Charles despaired about. Added years brought on experience and maturity though. Recent events had already led Photon to start reconsidering the way he thought. And now, as he listened to the exchange between Avalanche and Solarduct, as he watched Solarduct just kill Avalanche, as he was quite certain that he was about to either get passed over again and have to know that Flashcharge was killed with him right there -- Yes, it was still fear that Solarduct saw in Photon's eyes, but perhaps there was some determination there as well. Added to Solarduct's discovery of what he could do to another powerful evolved, perhaps this is was what prompted the question. Photon, quite frankly, had not needed Solarduct's help in getting unburied. He'd already begun to start his way out. Again though, he immediately stopped at Solarduct's presence. Fortunately too, or he'd have probably caused that well meaning solar power to explode around him. Well meaning? And Thomas was still... He hadn't blasted Thomas? He made no mistakes about Solarduct's nature. He knew there were reasons behind both gestures. It was a sport and game he was unwilling to end. But he was an added factor now? Solarduct thought he was worth that? It was almost as if Solarduct directly answered his wonderings with his next words. It was almost as if Solarduct knew that he'd recently --- Andy's eyes flickered a little, not long enough to actually glance at Thomas again, but tell-tale enough. He was actually hesitating at Solarduct's question. If he'd asked him just over two weeks ago, before Thomas' fall and before Andy's despair over him, perhaps Andy would have said yes. But there had been that heartache of seeing Thomas as he was. There had been that discussion with Charles where Charles had asked him to care for Flashcharge. He'd said Thomas had liked him as a brother. A brother. Which of his two group of friends ought he be more loyal to? "To what cause?" He finally asked. Was there even reason behind Solarduct's fighting? And was no reason any worse than the blind ideals that not only couldn't possibly be reached, but could even be considered harmful, that the NSA held?

Why to join the DA 101 Negative point: The freezing classroom!
Last time, in the marvelously cliche episode, Photon was asked to join Solarduct....AND HE ASKED WHY!! Whaa----Phoottoooon! You should step INTO the light....Solarduct seemed pleased with the question. "Why, to improve evolved rights, of course. To improve the situation and to make this world one where the true kings and queens may rule, without the interference of those close-minded fools," he spoke disdainfully. "They kill, torture and harass all evolveds. So I do the same to them." He wasn't smiling anymore, instead, a type of anger was visible now. "And all those that stand in my way," he added nearly absentmindedly. His eyes flicked over to Flashcharge for a moment before they came to rest on Photon again. Andy's eyes unfocused a moment as Solarduct spoke, forgetting who was addressing him as his words made him think of friends he had, and activities they and he were involved in. Thinking of what they said, how it would be easy to fall into Solarduct's thinking. "But doesn't that bring you down to the level you're above?" He asked the question without thinking, but his subconscious had very carefully chosen the words. He'd been well-trained in recent years, not by the NSA but by experience, to do that sort of thing, "Behaving in like manner?"Clearly, something Solarduct said Andy at least considered to be true or the questions wouldn't have been asked, but clearly he was struggling with the means to the ends. The NSA might have it wrong, but so it seemed Solarduct was as well. "It is the only way they will learn. They are violent, uncontrolled creatures. They torture children in those facilities of them," Solarduct nearly growled out. "What others means do you suggest we use? They will not listen and will not understand anything else. It is unable to penetrate their ignorant minds."Andy struggled with that statement on some base he couldn't understand, and didn't have the patience to try to figure out what was wrong with it. He was standing in front of Solarduct, Flashcharge was lying in the snow and freezing to death if he wasn't already dead, and the energy of Andy's powers coursed through him after such strong usage. They wanted to do that again. Andy was jittery from that and the emotions this whole situation brought to him, especially those that were fighting with each other. Fear coupled with a rising sense of gratitude and importance. Someone had recognized him finally, and it was someone great who must know. Who cared if that someone was Solarduct? He was right. He was, wasn't he? "I don't know," though his mind raced, he answered quickly enough, "They would say the same about us, yet I know men who aren't evolveds that would agree with what you've just stated, on the same side yet without that privilege. What do we do with them?"He still thought too much. But he'd said we. Solarduct smiled, having caught that. "Those men are more than welcome to join our cause and to lend their aid. If nothing else, we welcome their open mindedness and hope they are able to pursue the lesser ones of their kind. It is not as if we despise them all. It are merely the intolerant ones. The murderers, the executioners, the torture chambers they build for us. For US, us who are superior to them! The nerve is ridiculous! I will not stand for the children of our kind to be tortured and murdered in their beds. Surely, you follow the news?"Only a few days ago, a house was burned down, and the entire family had been killed. Research had indicated all family members had been tied down and then set aflame. One of the children had been an evolved. "Of course," Andy didn't sound so hesitant anymore, but he did sound weaker. Solarduct WAS right. Isn't that everything he'd recently embraced, but only a step further? It no longer seemed like a steep, slippery hill to him but a logical step forward. He wasn't the only one that saw it, but the government -- the very NSA he worked for -- had to hide away and persecute those with the ideals that they feared. Fear of becoming extinct. But it wasn't extinction, it was merely --- evolving. And that was what nature wanted. Who was to go against that? H is eyes flickered to Thomas, "But he's well meaning." Perhaps unlike Solarduct, Andy saw differences in individuals, and he would not blame the entire group for the actions of those within it. He knew how much Thomas and everything he represented was also against those sort of attacks. "Perhaps," Solarduct dismissed. His eyes flicked over to Flashcharge once more. "I suggest you get Flashcharge to the nearest medical post you can find. Wouldn't want to freeze to death, on of everything," he smirked. His eyes went went back to Photon, looking alert and sharp. "I have been quite pleased to meet you, and get to know you somewhat better, Photon. It was...illuminating," he gave Photon a smile, a scary one, because there was nothing malevolent about it, but was was absolutely sincere. And then he was gone. Jumped off, flashed off, vanished in a cloud of sunlight. Who knew? All Andy would see that Solarduct was gone. And Flashcharge was there. Injured even worse than before. And now taking on a blue-ish tinge of the cold. It was illuminating? What a painful joke. Andy was frozen where he was for a moment, then to Thomas, taking off his own coat and placing it over him. He now moved like he was the one in the daze. Until he realized that his phone was ringing. Again. Between his and Thomas' phones, it had been nonstop. He picked it up, "Charles! We need a medic team NOW, all is clear. Thomas is unconscious. There are two causalities. No witnesses, I think. We don't have our uniforms on." Quickly, quickly, before the world came and put two and two together. Andy's thoughts put on a pause on Solarduct. They had to so he could act right now. Thomas needed his help.
