Well last week on the 11th I turned legal. Well I'm not a birthday person, to be honest...you don't want to know what I think about Birthdays. But should I seriously make a big deal out of it? I mean go out and celebrate?
Everyone congratulates me and all, and I just smile and go on my day. They say I should do something.
My sister wants to take me to a ******** NO! I'll only go to clubs with my friends), I still can't drink(which by the way beer is disgusting), I mean I don't think I'll celebrate till I'm 21.
But it's just another day for me. Although I am more caucious of what I do now, I can go to jail.
So what, is it bad that I don't care? Should I care I'm legal, turned 18?

But really, it's not terrible that you're not all "OMG YAY ME" on your birthday. Especially if you have reasons for not being all into celebrating them, which I'm guessing you do. :3

Birthdays just seem like another day to me, except now you can claim a different age.
Save the celebration till 21.
Or bug your friends to go to a strip joint. Rofl.

OMG OMG OMG OMG!
I remember when I turned 18 my uncle asked me how it felt to me 18 and I said "I feel like I'm 17 but wiser" and then I started to giggle cuz I said "but wiser" and it sounded like Budweiser. No birthday is seriously important to me. The only birthday that WILL be important will be my 24th birthday. THAT will be an all out, blowout, extravangaza... everyone will be invited... but only like 10 people will be let in and then I'll have a VIP area and there will be like 4 people in there... and it'll be SOO lame. It'll suit me just fine.

xd My 18th birthday sucked a**. It was my first birthday away from home and my mom had sent $50 to my roommates to plan a party for me and they took the money, bought alcohol, and went to a party without me. So I spent my 18th sitting at the computer doing absolutely nothing.
biggrin I think birthdays are fun to celebrate. I mean you get to be all about you for a day and the only thing that matters is you and people have to do what you say because its your birthday and you get to get free s**t and free food and I see nothing bad about birthdays. But I guess if you're not into that kind of stuff you dont have to celebrate. Its your birthday, do whatever you want and dont let people try to make you do something else.

I don't think it's bad...
I spent my 18th getting soaking wet walking outside xd I just didn't want to be home. No party or anything.
And it's not like you become a different person just because you are 18...
