Fantasy Moon Get Backers - The whole hospital episode in general. Akabane bringing Genji a basket is just icing on the cake! I saw that recently on my trip to the Philippines. It was in Filipino though, but I did understand most of what was going on. Ginji falling off the roof to retrieve a dumpling...and then the mishaps with Lady Poison (Forgot her real name). And of course the nurses outfit. That was great. However Akabane with the fruit basket...Now that was...Just wow. blaugh

The best part of the entire Magical Nurse Komugi series is when Komugi and Megumi get into a fight and Komugi throws out the phrase "BOOB MONSTER!"

Gosh, I have so many favorite anime moments. I always get so wound up whenever I watch my shows. whee I'll post a few of my favorites here:
Gravitation:
-In episode 8 when Eiri cries and Shuichi comforts him. It was so heartfelt that I wanted to cry, too.
-I forgot which episode, but there was a part where Ryuchi and Shuichi draw pictures with crayons. I thought it was rather endearing.
Rurouni Kenshin:
-Near the end of episode 61, I liked the dialogue between Aoshi and Kenshin:
Kenshin: Aoshi, we'll be leaving now, that we will. Maybe sometime we could drink some sake together.
Aoshi: I have a low tolerance, I don't drink.
Kenshin: *disappointed* Oh, is that so?
Aoshi: But if you don't mind tea, I'd like to join you someday.
Kenshin: Aoshi...
-In episode 56, Aoshi decided to go and fight Shishio in order to bide time for Kenshin to wake out of unconsciousness. He was inspired to keep fighting because of what Kenshin had told him earlier: "The will to live is stronger than anything." Thanks to Aoshi stalling Shishio, Kenshin was able to get back up and fight. I was touched by what Aoshi did for Kenshin, and I was inspired by the flashback where Kenshin told Aoshi about 'the will to live'.
Peacemaker Kurogane:
-In episode 1, I laughed hysterically when I heard this conversation:
Okita: Mr. Kondo! Training? Again? Aw, can't we just play instead? I'm so bored!
Kondo: Now don't tell me you're drunk this early in the day!
Okita: Of course not!

I can't remember which episode it was (22? 23?)... but in Excel Saga when Illpalazzo shot Excel in the chest, and then left her for dead. Excel lay dying reaching up towards him, but he didn't do anything. A definite "holy s**t!" moment for me.
That and (DBZ) Super Buu v. Candy-Vegetto. COMEDY GOLD.

Well, there are SO many animes to choose from, if any of you have seen Boys Over Flovers (Hana Yori Dango) it had several ...uncomfortable moments. You come to care about the characters and they are basically normal kids (ie, no superhuman powers) and the main girl Tsukushi is tied and dragged behind a car...you are just wanting for her to die, I mean..it made me squirm.
Also, the guy hangs people off a roof upside down and I know you have seen this before in gag strips and all, but he is supposed to be the main protagonist (male) and it makes you think he doesn't deserve much sympathy...also he "forces" himself (not to the point of rape, but you don't know that at the start) onto Tsukushi and it makes you squirm and go..."we are supposed to LIKE this guy?"
But, yeah, girls into massive shojo "soap-opera style" would love this anime...I can't imagine too many guys would really much.
