Ryuu bowed to Maelon, and decided that, well, they WERE actually in a grocery store, and should probably be shopping. So as Chaco talked, he went to go look at the cheeses.
"The Doors? They're on the top floor of the mansion. No one is really sure how they got there, because they weren't on mum's original plans for the building, and the builders don't remember them." The milk chocolate boy watched Ryuu compare a couple different kinds of cheese for a moment, then looked at Maelon, "They connect to pretty much every dimension anywhere."

"You have Doors on the top floor of the mansion? And nobody knows what they're for, and they just appeared? And nobody knows where they came from," Maelon replied, sounding a little skeptic. Doors appearing out of nowhere? That didn't sound good at all. He would make sure not to go up there the next time he was at the mansion. Doors leading to alternate dimension were not the kind of things he would like to come into contact with.
"Dimensions anywhere? Don't you have somebody guarding them or something?"

"Yeah, it's a little... Weird. When we first noticed them, mum thought they just lead to the room beyond, but well, they didn't. Obviously." Chaco watched as Ryuu placed a few items into the cart and moved to another section of the dairy. "We don't really have anyone guarding them, though. No one other than our family really knows about them, unless we tell them. And as for people getting through... The doors lead to other dimensions, but other dimensions don't lead to the doors. So to, uh, speak." He coughed. He wasn't altogether too sure how the doors worked, exactly, only having been through them once himself.

"Yeah... okay." Chaco really sucked at explaining things. "You just told me. What if I went out and told a bunch of kids to go up on the roof and run through the dimension doors? Sounds dangerous to me. But it's your mansion thing." Maelon gave a small shrug. Honestly, did Chaco not get that having doors leading to another dimension was a bad thing? Jeeze. Clearly he thought nobody was going to go through them on a whim. He'd obviously never met Maelon's self-proclaimed best friend Paragon. He would be through that door in a snap.
"Well, uh, it was nice meeting you again. Maybe we'll see each other at the mansion?" This was kind of a lame ending. Was there anything else he had to say? He didn't think so. Oh, right. "If you see Kunny... at some point. You can probably say hi from my guardian or whatever." The teen gave a small shrug, before returning to his cart and starting off towards the fruit aisle. He had grocery shopping to finish!

"Er... Well, that would be bad, but somehow I doubt you'd do it." Plus, if Kunny got wind of it, Mae would be in a world of hurt. Having an assassin in the family wasn't ALWAYS a bad thing. "There's a sort of... defense feature of the doors, though. People can't get locked in the other dimensions. The doors will refuse to shut. Uhm. We kind of know if people have gone through that way."
"It was good to see you again too. And we will, I'm sure." Chaco nodded to the other chocolate Sin as Mae walked away. A second later Chaco heard someone place something into the cart and looked over to see Ryuu. "Are we all set?" The android nodded his affirmation. "Good. Lets go. It's way too crowded in here."
