Yah! Rhapsody is great. And I use a whole helluva ton of video game music. There always seems to be one that hasn't been heard often that makes great fight theme music.
I also use a lot of Blackmore's Night for Tavern music. David Arkenstone for somber times. Oh, and you can't forget Midnight Syndicate (since they actually made a Dungeons & Dragons CD ).

Oh yeah I had completely forgotten about nightwish, which is also one of my top groups for epic, and yeah you can't really go wrong with VG music, especially the old 8/16-bit games, they had the best music evae!

You guys don't seem to use a lot of music in your mind elsewhere in game. Any time we play I'm always using something.
I keep a variety of classical orchestrateds available for gaming. Midnight Syndicate was actually an amazing idea by Wizards that spawned my collecting a number of classical tracks and compiling my own play lists for gaming background noise.

I think we were just all on the topic of battle music ^-^ And old vg music is good in any situation, also I like using recordings of large groups of people for marketplaces and busy towns and sometimes those relaxing noise cds are really fun to use too :3

Final Fantasy, Zelda, and some rock, vaying from soft alternative, to heavy metal depending on situation. I especially like "My Sanctuary" From Kingdom Hearts 2, for the few times where it's useful. But, as I am just learning Online, and I dare not to even try L.A., Noone shall hear it but me.
Parachat Lit. Roleplayer for YEARS, and I've yet to try DnD anywhere but over cyberspace. This is all new to me, XD

anyway, i'd greatly love to get sheet music and sound samples of your music. i am a composer myself, and i have a friend with a synchuinizer and laptop for electronica, synth and recording. still son't have actual musicians though, so i have no sound yet. only a bunch of sheet music tha still needs to be tested....
