Oh my god, that's so cute! 3nodding

I was think of doing something like that and dying part of my hair white, but I'm afraid the pink will accidentally get mixed with the white when I wash it, so I'm not sure how to go about separating the colors when I'm taking a shower. sweatdrop

I'm really into experimenting with hair color (much to my parent's dismay), so I think I will being having many new colors in the future.

None right now, since I have swimming at school and I'm afraid that if I dye my hair now the pool water will make it fade. Swimming goes until the end of the school year, so I have to wait until summer.

I may have some pictures of my hair when it was blue though, but I would have to dig around and search for them. There wasn't much experimenting going on with that though, since it was my fist time dying my hair that color and I didn't want to mess it up.

complexion and eye color also really factor in, like anything, also what the natural shade of your eyebrows is (unless you draw them on! ^_~)
When it comes to cosmetics, it has to look good on you before it will ever look good in lolita.
*except sometimes with eye makeup. it can be really brought out with the right outfit * =P

If you are using manic panic DONT SWIM !!!! Manic panic is has an acid base. So the very basic chlorine would strip it out in a heart beat.
but the pink is an adorable idea , and I hear pink dyes really well so go for it.

As for cosmetics , you could if you want to just draw pink over your current eye brows (if your blonde enough , I did that when I had blue hair).

I think it would look fantastic. I've seen many Sweet Lolitas with bright colors^^ And others as well. It all depends. ><~
