Kurinjitafu My winter drumline's theme this year is Ninja Penguins.
Ironically, these are my two favourite things xD Ninja Penguins!!! I wanna do that... xd We just found out what we're doing...and it's something about "Rules of the Road" or something like that... xp Good luck everyone...anyone practicing anything for winterline/winterguard during winter break? Or painting any floors? sweatdrop

yea.....this years isnt supposed to be as intense tho.........we're only doing a couple shows this yr and then thats it.......im trying to get on rifle line.......i really dont think it will happen tho.......everyone automatically gets on flag line at the hill

This year our show is about the ocean. The song is Oceano by Josh Groban. It's really really pretty. And the pace is really fast.

I'm very happy to be doing winterguard again this year for my highschool. Our show is about love <3
We've taken the song Maestro (Hans Zimmer) from the movie The Holiday and added monologues and such about love from that movie and Love Actually. It's kinda confusing to explain, but the main point is, it's about love. ;]

I auditioned for pit/front ensemble but haven't gotten my part yet. Barely had our first practice today, and overheard my BD say that it might get canceled. >_< Gahh, and we only have four people in pit for winterline.

dino suicide I auditioned for pit/front ensemble but haven't gotten my part yet. Barely had our first practice today, and overheard my BD say that it might get canceled. >_< Gahh, and we only have four people in pit for winterline. Canceled...?! eek crying Hopefully...it doesn't get canceled... Our BD said he might cancel ours too... gonk

I'm singing it for choir competition this year! whee My guard's show is basically about women expression their sexuality... without being a whore. With a mix of being a woman looking for a man that won't treat us like a whore.

our finals are pretty soon... :/

this year, our theme is "I Think I Can"
we're gonna have awesome uniforms! XD
black dress pants i think, w/ a white dress shirt, tie, vest (color variations throughout section), black shoes and socks, probably even a pocket watch and conductors hat biggrin
it's gonna be completely awesome!! XD
