Guidelines for the new Vice Captains!
1.) Looking for 1 male and 1 female.
2.) The people chosen will receive 1,000 Gaia Cash or 100,000 gold on there main account(By being given a number code from a cash card) and 2 Thank You Letters.
3.) The people should sell at least 1 Thank You Letter to get gold to buy prizes to give away for the "10 Page Thread."
4.) You are allowed to pay others to do parts of your job for you.
5.) The female captain should buy store items that "only" females can buy and male captains should buy store items that "only" males can buy.
6.) At the end of the 2 weeks whatever Gaia Cash, Gold or Letters the captains have left over they can use for themselves.
7.) This job starts in January 12th
8.) If you are reported to me as being unfair by another captain or guild member, there will be a poll that decides wether you stay a guild captain.
9.) If the gaia cash that you receive is lost or stolen, you can no longer be a vice captain of the guild. The only exception to this rule is if you report your hackers name in the guild forum.
10.) If you have a private question you need to ask about the guild send it to the FEG Mule or leave me a comment.
Job Description:
1.)Keep all games running as much as possible.
2.)Make sure all employees of the guild get paid for their work.
3.)Make sure the Every 10 pages thread and all other contests are running smoothly.
Question and Answer:
1.)Q: What is the gold management?
1.)A: The gold management part kicks in when you have to decide how much you spend on yourself, the people on the guild payroll and for your prizes that you have to give out. So the best way to do it would be to wait till the 2 weeks are up, then spend freely what you have left.
2.)Q: The 1,500 Gaia Cash we get is that for ourselves or is that for us to use on the guild for payroll and prizes and stuff like that???
2.)A: The 1,500 cash is for the captain's and the guild. Thats why good money management is involved. 1,500 gaia cash gets you 6 thank you letters! But this is how it works; you and whoever your partner may be, will pay everyone there dues in the guild and also the every 10 pages thread. He should be buying the stuff for the males, and you should be buying the stuff for females. However you both will have to put 1 letter each into the every 10 pages thread. Your best bet would be to split the number of pages in half between you 2 so when you all pay people you will both have spent about the same amount. As far as your pay goes. You get to spent freely whatever gaia cash is left after the 2 weeks is up. Then the next couple of people get to try to run the guild.
The people the guild captains will have to pay are:
The Interviewer for the guild
The Game host for "Odd Board"
The Game host for "Word Tackle"
The Inviters/Advertisers of the guild.
The winners for The Best Comedian of the Week
The winners for The Best Role play of the Week
The winners for The Best Poetry of the Week
The winners for The Every 10 Pages thread

Additional Options
Partnership:
If you have established trust with your partner and you let them handle the guild on their own, you could just pay them for all they spent doing everything. (Not Advised)
If you are the Vice Captain that is handling the guild by yourself, you are entitled to payments from your partner after every time you do something that was their job. (You should post your split up tasks in the Captain & Crew forum if you do this, notify me immediately.)

Nonetheless. You should go to the other thread in this guild that says: "IF YOU ARE HERE FOR THE VICE CAPTAIN JOB CLICK HERE" and read the information there, it will give more of an update on the vice captain job.
