He hated it. His dumb hair was the demon in his life. Why? Well for starters- he couldn't take off the stupid Chinese hair buns, stuck together with chop sticks?! Continuously he would be mistook for a girl just because of them. Since when did everyone decide a gender by hair? He was so sure being a female or male had to do with something completely different from overgrowing scalp hair!!

....Though he did admit to himself secretly that it looked nice enough.

Well that was unrelated. Currently he was outside, watching the sun diligently from the shades of trees. He couldn't exactly stare right into it, but he did observe how much his eyes hurt after staring at it for some time. One reason he hated the sun- he couldn't observe it. That and the moon was much nicer.

Well the Sun is technically a star. He thought to himself, now staring boredly at the two little moons revolving around his orb. Verrier, himself, was almost a symbol of astronomy. Just like his father Monday, only he was more elegant and refine looking. Named after an astronomer, he was truly a genius!

Looking back at his family history he wondered where his siblings where now.

Well, really, it wasn't as if their other two brothers didn't have long hair as well, Blue would have pointed out. It seemed amusing, in a way, that the Lop girl was the only one with short hair in the family, aside from her parents, anyways, not that it really bothered her all too much. Long hair only got in the way of exploring, after all, and certainly wasn't suitable for trips underground.

As it was, the teen had indeed just returned from one of her first adventures down below, her cape covered in dirt, with some of it stuck in her hair as well. If it was one thing Blue prided herself on, it was that she could go somewhere Tuuli could not, and, if the look on her face said anything, there apparently had been some challenge somewhere down the line, of which the Lop was the victor.

Coming across Verrier on the way towards her next destination, October stopped, remaining where she was, and staring at her brother.

Well. It'd certainly been awhile since she'd seen her siblings.

Verrier saw October. Rather his periphery did. Yet he promptly went over, in his mind, a number of reasons to ignore his sister. For one she was dirty. Where had she been all day to get so many clumps of dirt on her? Another reason- she had the tendency to talk of nothing; except her /wild/ adventures. Who did she hang out with anyway?

Then again she is my sister. Verrier thought again, wondering how to treat the situation with the up most care. Perhaps a little conversation wouldn't kill me too much now. With that last thought he turned his full attention to the girl, but did not waver in his emotionless expression.

"October, why are you dirty?" Was the first thing he wanted to figure out.

Nobody in particular, actually. Truth was, much as Blue lived with an odd assortment of other Kitsu, including one 'mad scientist', whom looked to be nothing more than a pink-haired kit, she didn't particularly hang out with any specific kitsu or another. Besides, she and Tuuli were 'rivals', according to the perma-kit.

She could only assume this had to do with the fact that the Lop had no interest in joining the delusional 'princess' in her quests.

"I went underground," Blue told her brother excitedly, not normally this chatty (unless, of course, she was talking to Verrier or Monday), "Miss Shreya said that rabbits live in burrows underneath the ground, and I wanted to see for myself. It's really neat- I didn't think rabbits could live underground, but they do!"

A pause.

"That, and Tuuli dared me into doing it," she added, twitching her nose irritably.

Verrier rose an eyebrow at his sister. Where did she get so much curiosity from? To actually go underground just to see if rabbits lived there? You could have just looked it up in an encyclopedia. He thought dimly, thinking that to be the most rational thing to truly do. Yet that's when she mentioned Tuuli.

Tuuli, in short, was a baneful annoyance. The creature doesn't seem to realize how unbearable she could be, which just annoyed the hell out of him. Yet a curious thing- many seemed to be attracted to her...well whatever you called it. Certainly it wasn't /imagination/ or /charm/. Yet like many were attracted to her, a similar number were repelled.

"You really shouldn't listen to Tuuli that much. May I remind you- she has the mentality of a six year old. She doesn't know much better." He shrugged. "Besides, need I remind you of a little fact of yourself? Lop-Earred Kitsusagi are distantly related to rabbits."

Where, indeed, she wondered? It was possible she had simply inherited Monday's tendency to go on long walks, though Blue did more than simply walk around. Of course, on the same page, it was also possible that the Lop had simply taken interest to Shreya's desire to observe things, taking this a step further than the Luck. In any case, it had nothing to do with wanting to annoy Tuuli, the teen had once proclaimed to her father.

"But she's got a little following of her own," October pointed out in return, "Crazy like she is, but still- a following! So no matter how weird she is, she's got some sorta influence on others."

Mind you, this didn't explain, still, just why she would follow up on a dare from Tuuli, but, really, in the end, if it gave her a reason to explore somewhere new, Blue probably would do it in a heartbeat.

"I know they are," she defended, frowning, "But that's, like, normal Lops. I'm different. We're different," the female corrected herself.

A following? So now the little blue thing was creating a cult of some sorts? Just lovely; now they would have a bunch of mind-controlled adults running around thinking their soldiers for the 'Royal Princess of Flowers'.

Which led him to continue to wonder- what did she do in the winter? After all; most things green and pretty did die during such a time. What could she possibly do? Become the princess of snow and /dead/ flowers. He didn't doubt the idea that it crossed the little girl's mind.

"The only thing unique about us is that we have little revolving orbs spinning around us like we're some kind of a sun and therefore, everything ultimately revolves around us," he scoffed. There was nothing 'amazing' about them at all.

"And I want you to stop seeing that girl so much," Verrier continued, glaring demandingly at his sister. "If you want to dig around for exploration purposes, do it at your own whim. Don't do it just because she asked you to. That's called a marionette, and she's the one presenting you like a show."

Okay, so maybe he was a bit harsh there, but it was for the best. His sister was curious and he accepted that fact. Yet to have her be so reckless with her choice of people was something he just couldn't do.

A cult? Not exactly, though Tuuli did more or less fit the cult leader image fairly perfectly. If anything, they were a group of dysfunctional failures, in a way, whom also happened to be fairly delusional. Or at least, Friday was that way, though Lace pretty much fit the bill of Tuuli's number one fan.

As for the winter?

Tuuli thought of it as an evil spell meant to harm her kingdom for good. Thusfar, attempts at getting Xianthe to counter the 'spell' weren't working, naturally.

"No," Blue corrected her brother chidingly, "The difference is that the, um...for our parents is, um..."

The Lop trailed off, attempting to remember (and pronounce) some of the terms Washu had spouted off earlier.

"Well, Mama and Daddy aren't the same," she finally said, "Or something like that. I mean, um...don't parents usually match?"

At his demands to stay away from Tuuli, though, the Lop made a face; much as the perma-kit irked her, Blue still got a sense of pride for being able to challenge Tuuli and win. Still, this was her brother speaking here, and Verrier did have a point.

"I guess so," October finally admitted, frowning, "But I only do it because she can't! So that's gotta be worth something, right?

Verrier mused this and came to a conclusion. "Not always. Some have parents of a different species and yet come out with different ones. Of course there is the point that we, as children of a Luck Kitsusagi, are mixed up in species." He was the only one that matched with his parents in the end. Monday was certainly not a Lop or Cherub.

He shook his head. "It's worth nothing. She obviously doesn't care much whether you dig around. She just wants something dug. Don't be a show off, especially if it doesn't even work."

"True, true~" Blue agreed, nodding, "Though the idea that we are special because of those things is always wonderful, isn't it?"

Or maybe that was just her ego talking.

"Then what if I dug a hole to bury her in~?" the Lop inquired, looking fairly innocent despite the question, "And in the end, I'm bigger than her, so I can stop anytime I want."

"Though now that I think about it..."

October paused.

"What do you say about digging a hole to China, hm~?"

Verrier looked at his sister, wondering about her idea that would never work, and had a surprising thought. Maybe I should introduce her to Tale. They would get along just great and then Tale could stop saying that I'm her future husband...

No, that wouldn't work. It might actually encourage Tale even more to marry him and go off to some foreign land.

"Good ahead October. I mean, it would be a good place to throw Tuuli into. Especially since you would have to dig through burning fire flames in the core of the world to get to China," he sighed lightly, "personally I think you're better off just taking a plane there. It would take a good half-a-day but then again it's ten times safer than going through fire."

Oh his little sister and her foolish ideas. Made him wonder if anyone in this world had a sane mindset other than himself. There was a low chance of that though, unfortunately.

Well, she already got along quite wonderfully with Bohemian Rhapsody, Tale's brother, though Blue knew nothing of future husbands or anything of that sorts. Not that the lop would do anything to discourage the other Luck's beliefs; after all, she encouraged Baako and Fable in their impossible dreams.

"A plane's much, much too expensive," Blue told her brother, waving a paw dismissively, "and I am but an awesome Lop, as another awesome lop once told me, and, thus, the core of the world would not stop such an awesome lop as myself in her goal~"

Ah...perhaps she was a bit too into this fantasy of hers? October had long since grown out of being the quiet kit she had been, now having hung around some less than favorable influences (in Monday's opinion, anyways), and picking up their bad habits.

"Come on, have a little imagination~"
