Quote thispost , with persons avi name so we can 'vet' and or invite them. Also a quick bio of who/how you know them.
This is where we will discuss who to invite, I think it's clear what qualities we are looking for, however we should probably come up with a guide for this.
also, even though we shouldn't be hasty in our decisions, its a little devoid of activity don't you think? maybe we should make a couple minor exceptions.

Just as in nature there are exceptions to every rule, so should we. 1. Must have had some form of initiation previously. Be it by the mysteries / unseen / underhill the list of how people call this can continue... or by formal initiation via coven, tribe or family. 2. Must be searching or needing guidance. Either way showing the self will to look for said guidence is key, not just assuming they already know because ... (fill in the blank). 3. Openness of spirit, mind and heart. I am not very picky in this regard but it is good to have some base values established. I fall into teacher mode easily, as I was taught to, so other then initiation searchers can come to me empty of knowledge and I will do my best to help them.

DracoJesi this is where we will discuss who to invite, Please edit this post with instructions to quote the top post , with persons avi name so we can 'vet' and or invite them. Also a quick bio of who/how you know them perhaps? speaking of which my first Katty0 - I have known her via an online women's support group nearly two years, she lives in SC so very far from me physically. Very much a novice , even proto-novice in some respects but she is willing and eager to learn and meets my prerequisites listed above.

ElizabethFrankenstien Though I am not at the point of indorsing this one for an invite yet, I would like us both to keep an eye out for her on the forums. She has familial magic including a third generation tarot deck that caused her some disquiet recently. Mainly because of disuse and a 4th gen child (niece) being called to them. If she shows signs of searching I think she might make a good member. She seems respectful, logical, & intuitive . A plus in my book is she looks for all the mundane reasons first then once those are all considered then looks for more of a magical explanation.

The latter isn't very established right now which aids potential candidates but makes adding essential oils all the more crucial in getting the blend just right. 1. There really is no litmus test for this. We can only observe how people carry themselves. Also being a genuinely committed dedicant is honorable.
