its just an orb of energy you use to help you in learning. it allows you to see the truth.

so, sit down, relax, close your eyes and think hard about one thing.

now, breath in deeply, from the bottom of your lungs, in and out, only focusing on the one thing.

slowly release the energy, focus on the one thing, and let the energy flow through your mind, to your body, through your arm.

let the energy touch your fingers, and hold it there for a moment.

now release the energy into the air above your hand and wait, until you feel the heat of the energy touch your palm.

then, open your eyes and look at the ball, again, keep focusing on the one thing from before.

now whisper the word "iteka" (it means reveal.)
