So. Katara is a Bloodbender. Does this bode well for our favorite wanderers? Should Katara fear her new powers, learned at the hands of Hama the Witch? Or should she look for the good in her new abilities? Also, what other kinds of powerful Bending could there be? With Earthbending, could Toph move the iron ore in our blood? What other elements can have a dark side? ONE MORE THING! We know there is a mind bender, could there also be a Dark bender, or a Light bender as well? Just some nibblets for thought! Enjoy!

There is no mindbender. He's just a firebender with a trick. Mindbender makes no sense. Manipulating a mind? You'd have to define what a mind is, first.
But dangerous techniques: Aang has every bit of potential to create vacuums. Those can get awful messy...
There is so little iron in hemoglobin that an earthbender couldn't possibly manipulate it in any way, especially without being in contact with it at all.

.....Hama was a witch? o.O They only called her a witch because they didn't know she was a water bender...
He is not a mind bender. He is a firebender with a special ability to super heat the air around him to cause spontaneous explosions.
Yeah. Metalbending, Lighning, Combustion, Bloodbending, and vaccum creation(even though it hasnt been seen, like Rp said, there is the potential) are all just extreme forms of bending the elements...
Mindbending....Dosn't work...Unless you control someones brain...or..something...
I seriously doubt Toph could blood-metal bend...I agree with rpgamer...

The added bonus to vacuum formation is the lack of air for fire...

Good point. Anti-firebending. That'd be good for when the comet hits...though I don't know how good...

Well the iron in your blood wouldn't have trace elements of earth in it, it would be far too pure. For airbending I have always been in support of the ideas of vacuums and sound waves.
Yes. Hama was a witch. They called her "the witch"

Yes. Hama was a witch. They called her "the witch" They called her the witch, but did she really have any celestial magical powers other than bending? :/ The people who she captured only thaught she was a witch because they had no idea she could waterbend, much less bloodbend. They thaught she was firenation. They didn't know she'd escaped from a firenation prison. :/ Though they called her that, she wasnt a witch. Just a crazed old women out for revenge on the wrong people.

Witch in itself could be used as a title (as it is used here) or you could call someone a crazy old witch. They don't need to have some affiliation with the universe like the general idea of witch is.

They didn't jsut say "That witch!" like, she's crazy xD Tone and connotation have a lot to do with what the word means to them.

And they didnt know what she was doing to them giving it a feel of mystical powers to them just like any witch it's basically "she can heal people with herbs and remedies, therefore she is a witch" half the woman hung at the witch trials in Salem had no affiliation with any such belief or power yet we still call them witches.

I think for every element there is a more powerful bending that only the best benders can master. Fire-lightning Water-blood Earth-metal As for Air, I missed a lot of episodes, so I don't know if Aang displayed a special ability for air that the airbenders before him didn't do.

Congratulations for point out something everyone everywhere already knows. I myself have made several threads debating this fact, maybe listen before you post.
