hey everyone, I just bought 2 rise of the dragon lords deck today and I wanna build a deck based on the same theme. Can I get some help please?

You'd probably want to go for a Dragon deck as a base/foundation.
Since revival is key with the dragons in RotDL, Foolish Burial, Call of the Haunted, etc. are good. Good Fodder monsters (monsters to help tribute) are Twin-Headed Behemoth, Lamb Tokens, Troop Dragon, etc.
Optional cards you could have are Lighten the Load, Symbols of Duty, and the Armed Dragons (especially LV10 for Felgrand Dragon).

NOTE: It may not be the greatest list but you can play around with it until you are comfortable with your deck.
Just remember not to:
- Overstuff your Deck
- Have to many high level monsters
O.o I just got a crazy idea.. have many high level monsters and use [A Hero Emerges],[Monster Gate], and [Reasoning]. rofl Overstuffed field with high level Dragon Monsters.. Well.. if you are planning to. But don't put that idea with that deck.. No good..

SilentXyrho's deck is pretty good. But overstuffed decks with like 55 cards aren't bad as long as you have cards that allow you to draw to support them.
