I can see Tobis voice being like that of a little kid. or like that of my friend who talks in 3rd person POV.

Lulz~ Tobi's Voice is hilarious. I seriously Lol'd whenever he came on screen..but yes.. tobi is teh love. *hands out Tobi plushies*

tobi's voice in shippuden was really funny i can not wait for the american voice i hope it will be good too

Oh my god, his voice is soooo weird. Me and my brother were looking through Deidara tributes and AMVs (Feuer Frei~) and we found it and watched it.
My brother peed his pants.

tobi's voice is already out in engilsh in a video game. didn't here it cuz i'm not a fan of video games

Robotic Chibi Panda I love Tobi's Japanese voice, but i think their gonna screw up his american voice. I know right. They mess up the voice when use different people.

I couldn't stand the voices the have for the Akatsuki in the english dubbed! I haven't seen Tobi's yet though.
