How do I get into the crawlspace in the second quest to drop the statue on the guy?

Second floor. Do a U-turn at the top, and go into the next room.
There's a part of the wall that you can activate in the opposite corner. Go in, and you'll get an update.
Hint: Enter and exit from the back (the door on the side facing the front gate). The stairs will be in front of you on your right after going through the basement.

You have to sneak into the house through the back, not get caught, sneak into the bodygaurds room, which is at the top of the stairs, then go to the back of the room, and a "Push whatever to open door". It'll be near his bed. Then, you just wait to push it off. After he is killed that way, though, his bodygaurd will be onto you, but don't worry, you can probably out run him.

Gromm has a VERY low sneak. When the minotaur head falls on Baelin (hehehe), you just go in sneak and dash through the open area. I usually kill Gromm later...
