A Jinzo and/or Royal Decree would be nice since you have such a low number of traps.
A good way to inflict massive damage would be to summon Cyber End Dragon and use Ring of Destruction and Barrel Behind the Door (although that kinda countridicts what I said about Jinzo....).
Pikeru's Circle of Enchantment would be helpful for Power Bond's (or Ring's) effect.
Gyroid and Gear Golem of the Moving Fortress are good machines to add.

Overall, I'm not sure how Cyber Dragon decks do but this looks like it could work. Good luck.

It seems okay. But the monster to s/t ratio kind of worries me. Some of those spells can be ditched like a copy of Power Bond and Enemy Controller. Since you don't have that many monsters, Scapegoat would be really nice here, and it works great with Enemy Controller.

But what exactly is "Legact of Yata-Garasu"?
