“That’s if the man’s a threat. You’re the researcher, Mallus. I want you to search up any information that we have on the man,” Izanami said. “His history, his strength, his weakness, his relatives; anything we can find about him. I want to know everything.”
She put one of her gauntlet onto Mallus’s shoulder. “Information is the key to everything. Do you understand me, Mallus?” Her hand squeezed his shoulder slightly. “And I especially want to know how long he was in the empire. He can only recognize us if he have seen us before…and I know that I have never seen him before. Have you?”

Mallus glanced at the hand on his shoulder, raising an eyebrow slightly before looking her in the eyes again and nodding. "I do remember vaguely that he was originally exiled a few years before my birth, which would put him with the older skill set Kelswarren and without the more recent techniques. Meaning that he is far more dependent on his armor then our current set would be, but he also is more specialized with and would most probably learn skills that the extra time spent specializing would provide for. For anything more I'll have to look at the records and search through there. I will of course do so and see what I can find on him and everyone close to him."

Izanami nodded her head. “Good, make sure you get everything. I want to leave nothing to chance.” She removed her hand from Mallus’s shoulder. “I think it is time we get back to our main priority. Let’s depart to a place where we can plan our operations…from prying eyes and ears.”

Mallus nodded but grinned in a twisted fashion. "There is always chance. However we will keep such chance to a minimum. I do agree however that it is time for a more... secluded area. Shall we then?" Mallus gestured for her to lead the way as his areas tended to be a bit offsetting for people.

Aiko floated in threw the ceiling. She peered around the room, then saw the two walking off. She smiled slightly, then floated down behind them. Completely invisable, her feet close to, but not touching, the ground, the shinigami followed the two, listening to what they were saying.

Izanami nodded her head as she led Mallus down the hallway. The torches flickered erratically as they past, casting shadows that the commander ignored. Find the door to one of the mapping rooms, she took out her ring of keys and unlocked the door. Shoving the door open, she took a torch off the wall and made her way into the room. Inside was a closed, contained room that featured maps of different locations on the walls. In the center of the room was a large table with a map of Esperanza. Small colored figurines had been laid on top of the map at various spots.
She placed the torch on a torch holder that hung from the ceiling, just over the table. “Close the door.”
