stalebreadcrums Pirate Shinju Well... I'm sure he doesn't MEAN to delay everything. XD He just takes up too many projects at once without considering the fact that he only has a 24 hour clock to work with. Oh no, I don't think he does it on purpose. I agree with what you've said here though, as well. I feel kind of sorry for the poor guy. I can only imagine how overwelmed he must feel at times. I admire him for his perserverance, but he could seriously use a vacation.

The only remorse I have for Yoshiki is just the whole Matsumoto passing. Hopefully the show will bring some sort of clearence (the "X-Japan reunion" that is). I really think that if Yoshiki didn't like the hussle, he wouldn't put himself up to doing so many things. I'm beginning to think that he needs chaos to feel alive.

If this does in fact happen, *and im crossing my fingers*, Dir en grey will most likely be there. THEY HAVE TO. it just makes sense. I think a lot of jrock bands will be there. it will be like JRock Revoluiton tour X1000000 becuase almost every band was somehow inspired by hide and X. I think Miyavi will be there, and since Yo-sama will be, why not all of S.K.I.N.? Sugizo was friends with Yoshiki and hide, and they did songs together. It will be a huge spectacle, if it happens. But hide deserves it, so thats ok ^_^ but do you think the bands will play only hide covers? because that would be amaaaaazing! Kyo singing like Rocket Dive or something *dies*
And it would be like a dream come true for Kaoru to do a hide solo, ne! Idk. i guess we all have to wait til march-ish to hear anything probably.
And the whole Yoshiki working too hard thing, i totally agree with Stalebreadcrumbs, he seems like the type who has to work all the time. I mean, look how jsut pure awsome he is. And i think he knows his limit. And at times i think hes whats keeping jrock alive...

koko wa doko toricmpbll Treacle_Faerie Aww I think I'm gonna cry. I live all the way on the other side of the country crying crying I hope Diru gets to play. Kaoru was partly influenced by hide right? yep he had a plushie that he took up on stage with him every concert but i don't know if he does now It's tied to his mic in Osakajo Hall 3nodding He just keeps it in his pocket nowadays. Because little pink-haired plushies are totally not z0omghardxcore enough for a manly rock star such as himself to be seen with. I have a friend that supposedly met hide... although that's open to speculation. My sister says she didn't talk for like a month after he died, though eek They'll have to fly over if it's held in California... Although I can't see Yoshiki holding hide's 10-year anniversary in a country he barely knew... with a bunch of fans that didn't know who he was when he died... and were probably 4-10 years old when he died... and think his only claim to greatness is 'Pink Spider,' etc. Yeah ^^ And correct me if I'm wrong, but I remember reading in an interview that Kaoru was asked to list the three most important things in his life and his hide autograph was one of them. He wrote a fanletter to hide when he was younger and the reply had an autograph. We all know Kaoru has stated many times that hide was his inspiration. ^^ I just don't know why it would be held in L.A. apart from Yoshiki's preference for the place and Japan holding bad memories for him ><

Maybe hide loved LA or something. Or Yoshiki thought we should be a part of something this big or something? Becuase there have been a lot of x fans here, long before hide had died, so maybe he know that.. or something.. idk. just ideas! maybe we arent meant to know! Or he WANTS hide to be known everywhere. Of course he is still big in Japan. Maybe Yoshiki wants that for hide, for everyone to know what a great talented musician he was and wants it spread and let it be known.
.... or something. sweatdrop

Wataru_is_love If I remember correctly, hide had a place in L.A. didn't he? I know he's visited there. Considering the fact that he spent so much time in LA, and the fact that he had a band there, I'm sure he did have an apartment of some sort.

But I wonder how the Japanese fans will feel about it being in LA. I'd feel a little cheated if I were them. Like was said before, a lot of us U.S fans love hide of course, but a lot of Japanese fans have loved X and hide from the start, not just for a little while. I just think something like this should be in hide's home country. But I'm sure Yoshiki knows what he's doing. 3nodding
