Ecliptic Desires I'm really sad on making this theory that popped in my head a few seconds a ago, but it really got me doubting Sasuke ever coming back to Konoha. I'm not saying we should stop going after SasuSaku [I heart this pairing, if I didn't, I would have left a looong time ago] i'm just typing what I think wink
So Sakura coming back to Konoha? Not really. After a few minutes after reading the Sasuke ever coming back thread in this forum, I suddenly got this feeling he might end up in the darkness forever...
Here are my reasons:
1.) Sasuke has been under Orochimaru's influence for some time now. Though he has killed Orochimaru, he has put in a good deal of influence in him. His goals in life are these: 1: Kill Itachi. and 2: Rebuild the clan. Now, killing Itachi would not be easy. Even if he HAS grown to such a towering height. It's a slim chance for Sasuke to come out alive after his duel with Itachi. Itachi has gone on many missions, to be in Akatsuki, you need to have so much abilities and power to be able to stay in that organization. And i'm sure, living there for quiet a while would have ENHANCED his power even more.
2.) Now, Sasuke has showed NO signs of ever wanting to go back to Konoha. Unless he wants to kidnap a certain pink-haired ninja to be his wife. If ever, the only reason he could ever go back there is by forcing him to go there. And once he's there, he'll receive punishment.
Now, I researched and I read in a book that ninja's, though they are sly and would do anything to finish the job, they have honor and have a strong hold on justice.
Sasuke has betrayed the village in order to obtain more power. Mayb they would have put him in house arrest for that when they found him again, but going under the apprenticeship of OROCHIMARU, the man who has tried to destroy them for some time now, erm...I think the Death Penalty is in the line. I'm just saying there's a chance, i'm not saying it's GOING to happen.
Now Tsunade, could let him stay in Konoha alive. But now, he is BANNED from being a ninja. Sasuke, his life is based on being a ninja. He'll never accept and would run away again.
Conclusion: There is such a slim chance he could ever go back to Konoha. There's also a chance he would even STAY in Sound.
Solution for this problem?
Let me give you a clue: She has pink hair. Still don't get it? Well, she is also his childhood friend AND teammate.
Haruno Sakura. She has the heart of gold. She became a medic nin for a reason. To HELP people.
Her love for Sasuke would never die, since he is her first love. Now, we all have had our first love in all our lives. You will always have this space for them in your heart. Sakura has this HUGE space for Sasuke in her heart. She is even willing to leave Konoha for him. Her love for him is so strong, not even Tsunade's strength would even keep her from leaving with Sasuke.
Her love for him will keep him company, and now here is my NEW Conclusion.
REAL CONCLUSION: Though Sasuke might never return to Konoha ever again, Sakura is willing to go with him and be his partner eternally and maybe even start a family with him and restore his beloved clan.
I hope I didn't upset anyone, if I did, i'm really sorry, but this is just my opinion. What I said here was not fact okay?

Wow, i could see your point in this....
Yeah, I was thinking about what exactly WOULD happen if Sasuke would come back....but still, like some ppl said, Team 7's whole mission is to bring Sasuke back. So if they would just go out to bring him back and kill him, then....hmmm...i dunno. But there has to be some SasuSaku involved somewhere. There just HAS to be.
Hmmm...so again it's all up to Masashi Kishimoto's way of thinking of how Sasuke's [including Sakura's wink wink ] future.

Well you give some really amazing thoughts!
these reasons are really making sense and i think your right but the sakura running away from the village, after being in the village and seeing how everyone reacts and then teaming up with sai and reminding her of sasuke. i think that she ... I cant believe im gonna say this i think that her and sai might start something and then maybe sasuke will get involved and it will be a colision triangle.. i dunno thats my idea. BUT I WANT SASU-SAKU fer sure it would be devistating if anything else happened >.> but i hope your conclusion is true cause that would be a great way to end naruto. even though naruto should never end.. ever!
