ยป I use the pen tool for my art style and it's great, but we need a lot more control over the pen. When you select the Pen Pressure setting it is, a lot of the time, way too sensitive to the curves of the pen selection for the amount of pressure than you'd like. Is there a petition for this to Adobe? If not I'd love to make one.

Are you referring to the pencil tool or the actual pen tool?
If you're referring to the pencil tool in illustrator, double click on the icon in the tool bar to alter the fidelity.
If you're referring to pressure sensitivity in Photoshop, go to the brushes and change the minimum diameter....
