my faith in humanity was lowered in that this man had to rely on a higher power than himself to protect himself. Once again, I was sickened.

So you got around relying on a higher power by figuring you're the highest power there is?

This is pretty much why I'm not contributing to this thread.

1.

Anyone who shares something here is to be taken at face value, no questioning or calling s**t. So don't abuse this, please.

2. Where the <********> did I say I considered myself to be the highest power there is?

3. Just because I believe myself to be an incarnated deity doesn't mean I have the kind of power I would on the other side, there are limits to what can be done on this side and what can be contained in a human body. Anything I've done on this side has been from hard work and practice.

4. Try to listen to the rules of the thread that the original poster sets. But please, If you cannot follow said rules, it's best that you don't post in that thread.

Feel free to express yourself Obscurus, there will be no more problems in this thread, no worries.

1. I was asking a question so you could clarify it for me. I don't see why we shouldn't question something if we don't quite understand what the person is saying. We can't take anything at face value if we don't understand it.
2. If you had said that, I wouldn't have asked the question. That's why I asked it, so it could be cleared up.
3. I have been following the rules. Wanting clarification is no crime.

I'm sorry you had to get pissed off when I asked a simple question.

There are more polite ways to ask a question, how you worded it stated that you were accusing me of thinking I was the highest power there was simply because I considered myself to be an incarnated deity.

I suppose you could have taken it that way. I'm sorry you did.

I agree with [Blk], your question was worded a bit harshly. If you sincerely asked it to gain clarification, next time try to take the edge off of it and tone it down a bit. There is nothing wrong with being skeptical and questioning things you're unfamiliar with or confused about. But please try to ask in a respectful manner.
