"What about a party here, then? In this old cabin-thing?" Xianthe asked, not liking where this conversation was going, "Anyone do that?"
Honestly, now- did this boy live a sheltered life or something? Life was no fun without a good scare, or however that song went back home in Halloween Town. Granted, she'd only been to one such holiday celebration, before the Kanu had decided that involving themselves with someone who'd gone and tried taking over such a boring (and wet!) holiday like Christmas (they liked the idea of getting presents, but, really- snow? having to give people things in return?), but the Nobody still had a fairly good idea as to how Halloween should be celebrated.
"By the way, do you have the recipes to these cookies?" the illusionist asked, changing the subject.

Old cabin thing? Realm HQ? The wizard blinked. He had not at some point apparated to Mountain's headquarters, had he? Or maybe HQ looked like an old cabin in comparison to what Xianthe was accustomed to? "Huh? Party here? I don't see why not. Hard to get a lot of kitsu here all at once to plan anything though. That's why I'm leaving cookies!!"
Perhaps Hemi was sheltered, but really there had been only one holiday since he was born to celebrate. And Easter was more a quiet celebration in his home. Well, except with his 'aunt' Chroma running around excitedly about the Easter Bunny while Trelweny tried to convince her that colored eggs and a bunny had nothing to do with why they were celebrating Easter, then laughing. To have a big holiday to celebrate... Hemi was doubly excited.
"Oh yeah. I've got recipes for all of them. Would you like copies?" Tails wagging. Hemi always liked to be helpful.
