Madeira nodded slowly. "Yeah, I feel a lot better now," she said. "How about you?" She pondered for a moment on Dark's disability - how would it feel, to never have the sun brighten one's scales, to never feel that warmth? Sitting down, she felt intensely sad for the Tainted dragon. Looking to her right, she saw a tiny path winding through the trees, now visible in the light. Her limbs longed to move again, to travel. But could she leave him in this wretched place?

-Dark nodded.-
"I am fine, I was able to get some rest thanks to Michel."
-Dark notice that she wanted to travel again.-
"You don't need to stay, I don't believe those towns people will come looking for you, but just in case don't go near that town for a while."

Madeira nodded again. "Don't worry, I'll stay away from them. Thank you." she paused in thought. "I guess this is goodbye then." she said shortly, turning away from him to the sunny path ahead of her. She wondered if she would ever see the pair again, and something inside her answered yes. But her heart lifted as she started along the trail, which wound around countless sun-dappled trees.

-Dark nodded while he watched her take leave and when he couldn't see a clear view of her anymore, his ears rose then lowered and curled up closer to his tail to get more rest.-
-Michel then stood up and walked over to Dark and plopped next to him.-
"I .. still apl."
-Dark growled interrupting Michel knowing what he was going to say next.-
-Then night fell and the both of them arose with the moon as full as it could be and didn't waste time to find something to feast on.-
-Michel finished a deer that was near by and then walked over to Dark who was threatening a mountain lion.-
-Dark's growl was more like a hiss but slowly after awhile the lion fell do to lack of energy and Dark walked up now feeding off the fear of the creature and ended it with a quick bite to the neck beheading the lion. Dark then sat there and waited for the dead animal's shot nerves to stop moving.-
-Michel watched as he memorize how beautiful his friend looked with the moon reflecting it's light of him, and how carefully he was playing his attack. Then Michel laughed-
"My friend I don't know why your mother wouldn't take you back after I picked your egg up by mistake. But I'll tell you this.. she is missing something."
-Dark looked back at Michel-
"Then stop painting dead women, and start painting me, After all I am already dead."
-Dark was not in the mood for Michel's comments about his life, Cause right now after meeting and watching out for that female dragon, he felt he was missing out in something that he wanted to understand.-
-Michel sense this feeling and in baffled him, then he was taken back by Dark realization of what he has learned so far.-
"My friend I just might, but then I don't get to bite those pretty little and fair necks. Just like your little female dragon friend."
-Dark then sat and thought aloud.-
"So you think I should of kill her."
"Well what is stopping her from trying to kill you, she could be finding some one or some other dragon stronger than her. I sensed your hesitation to help her Dark, let alone fear that she would harm you. And she did threaten us on find out what we truly are." "So yes I would have killed her, and I know when she was exhausted that was the perfect time to get the kill." "But I will give you points about the whole thing you did actually fool me cause I thought you were feeding off of her energy and life force like other creatures."
-Dark just looked at Michel wanting to kill him so bad right now but the fact that cause of Michel is the reason of his survival right now was preventing this from happening.-
"and to this day I still don't understand what tainted you so."
-Michel laughed as Dark just ignored all the risks of letting this dragon go and turned it to a bitter part of his own life.-
"Real Threatening there."
"But your still going to let her go."
-Michel then just smiled as the refection of the moon light shown off his fangs-
"Your still hurting after how many centuries, That's why you only hunt females."
-Dark said in a low growl and then started walking down the same path that she walked earlier.-
-Michel growled lowly-
"Dark she went that way we need to travel this way."
-Michel just started walking off not looking back to see if Dark will fallow.-
-Dark stop and closed his eyes.-
"There has to be a better way."
-Dark knew Michel would keep going and Dark then took off in a different direction making the biggest decision of his life which could also be his last if he is not careful.-
