The Starred ones. (Virgo meets Andromeda) Sun Nov 05, 2006 Shariea The moon hung high in the sky as a broach on the cloak of night. A dark tapestry studded with a million glittering diamons called stars. The dark blue stallion who matched the color of the sky quietly walked long the stream. His long silver hair falling over his shoulders and casscading as if pale moonlight over his form.
Bending down he pressed his muzzle to the water, sendin ripples out across the mirror like surface. The stars on the water dances across the stream as the ripples met with them, causing the glittering lights to sway and waltz. Rein_Carnation She moved like stardust upon the blackened canopy. Every fiber in her own being dreaming of finding her missing guardian as they flexed her star kissed wings keeping her steady in flight. Among the coutless numbers of glittering gems in the sky, her own coat glistened and blended into an array of mixed heavenly bodies. Mane and tail flowing behind her like a placid steam caught upon the wind. Moving into her decent with a poised form the beautiful creature arched her head and neck into a perfect motion landing smoothly upon the ground.
For those that graced a single glance upon this creature one would have thought a star, a heavenly body had simply fallen from the heavens. Turning her head slowly she inhaled the sweet grasses and rich flowing streams. Perhaps this time her guardian would be found. If not maybe another could aide her in the quest her heart wagered upon. Turning her head slowly she inhaled the sweet grasses and rich flowing streams. Perhaps this time her guardian would be found. If not maybe another could aide her in the quest her heart wagered upon. Shariea The stallions eyes slowly opened as he brought his head up from taking a deep drink from the cold stream. Virgo could hardly believe his eyes, a star had fallen from the sky and as it decened to the earth it seemed to take on the shape of a beautiful mare. His jaw hung slack for a moment as she watched her glide gracefully to the ground.
He watched her closely for a moment, lost in a trace his mind a whirl as this heaveny body turned flesh and blood touched her hooves upon the grass.
Moving away from the stream, the stallion approched her. "greetings!" he called out to her, his light tenor voice still held that note of awe. Rein_Carnation A simple greeting may of caught her offguard, but one such as Andromeda was never wavered by anthing of surprises. She simply smiled with a dip of her elegant head letting her silver spiral catch the savory moonlight reaching to ward it. Eyes of purple hue lying upon this handsome one as he greeted her. Already in a new land and someone was showing curtousy and valor in her presence. This made the winged unicorn's heart shimmer for an instant. Upon a better look she noticed this particular male shined like a thousand bold stars yet simmered and became beautiful with a river of silvery white silk as it cascaded and fell onto his shoulders.
A voice of a musical chime returned his grace with her own, "Hello there. Beautiful night this is. I'm slightly new to this area so forgive a thousand queries I may bestow on you." Shariea Virgo smiled at her and diped his head in greeting to her, his silver mane falling over his shoulders and pooling like a liquid stream of starlight on the grass at his hooves. "Its a pleasure to meet you. I mind not the quirries of a lady. I shall do my best to answer any questions you may have to ask me." he said before lifting his head to look at her again.
A dashing smile washed over his features, his fine coat glittering with the stars above as he moved closer to her. The silver moonlight bathed them both in its ethreal glow. "But before you ask to many questions, I have one for you. What might I call you?" he asked her. "I am Virgo, and it is quite a pleasure to meet you." Rein_Carnation What night this was to meet one with as much grandeur and politeness that she had grown up with. Perhaps it was an omen of good fortune she manged to fly in toward this very area. She seemed taken offguard at his query though realiziing in her excited nature she'd forgotten the gratuity of releasing her name like that of a child capturing and freeing a firefly.
"OhI'm terribly sorry. I am known as Andromeda. A child born of the stars as some would say and ponder." she mused with a toss of her head letting the purple silken river fall gently upon her neck and shoulders.
She watched him thoughtfully wondering if he too were born the same as she. Musing happily that her coat had blossomed into destiny and future all into one. "Silly for me to inquire but were you painted with the universe from birth? Or did it paint you after you'd grown"? Shariea Virgo smiled a bit as he raised his head to look at her, after all it would be quite rude to avoid eye contact. He tilted his head ever so softly to the left, sending a veil of ethreal silver washing over his navy blue sides and spilling onto the ground around him.
"What a beautiful name. " he said with another bow of his head. "I am very pleased to meet you Andromeda. I must say I am humbled by your very presance. Its not everyday one see's a star fall from the heavens. " he said with a bright smile.
Her question was strange to him and he lightly furrowed his brows as he searched for the meaning behind it. Coming up with nothing he lightly shruged his shoulders and flicked his tail, sending the silver strands to pool like dew on the grass beind him. "I am.. a child of the sky M'lady. Same as You I had assumed. Gifted with the look of the heavens since birth. Though I must say your coat sparkles like a sea of diamonds and rather puts my humble markings to shame. Though I suppose that is the differance between a real star and one whom only looks like one. " Rein_Carnation She listened breathlessly as if another star had deemed her worthy to be near. His words flowing like ambrosia off of a silver harp beautious and harmonious. She remembered in her childheed the awakening of her coat which she knew was always connected to the universe itself. Only a small waiting till adult to unlock the eternal mysteries of who she really was. W hich now Andromeda finally remembered for an instant the guardian she sought.
"Some are born with the spirits while others are not. I think in our case that they chose us as their voices from so long ago" she said with a soft overtone that glistened as her coat shinied in a unique silver at times.
Pausing she turned her head slightly letting a silken purple river float among her neck and shoulder. Her gaze never leaving his, not once in any way she moved, breathed, or simply was. The mare's expression though suddenly slipped into a troubled brow thinking of who she was trying to locate. She swallowed a little deeply before she spoke again curious if he knew anything, "I've come a long way, traveling on a thousand winds searching for someone whom raised me from foalhood to who I am now. One of the most kindest creatures that has ever graced my life and presence". She paused there then still eyes fixed upon his own as if seeking advice or answers in her search. Wondering if she even walked these lands or moved on further. Shariea "Oh what a wonderful notion you speak of. I sorely wish it where true M'lady. For I have often dreamed of the sky and wished to join its cool embrace. Forever it seems I have longed to touch it and feel its ethreal breath on my shoulders.. Alas I have not the wings to fly there as you do. Fallen stars are we, but you seem gifted to return one day." He said with a soft smile.
The stallion raised his head to look at the sky, the glittering diamons of his coat shimmering with the movement of the powerful muscles that lurked beneath his fine coat. His silver tail flicked before the strands slowly floated back down to the grass once more. Virgo dropped his gaze and smiled at her, though her expression now seemed troubled. "I would love to help you if I'm able. What is the name of the person whom you seek? Perhaps I have heard of them?" Rein_Carnation His words warm and consoling embraced her heart and soul like anything she'd ever dreamed. Though when her own thoughts and answers returned to him it was as if something deliberately wiped her conscience and memory for the time being. Faint images of hazen quality loomed like spirits drifting throughout the night.
"I.." she stopped short feeling a tug of loniliness, "I can't remember her name." Her eyes widened in a slight fear that perhaps the one shesought may of forgotten her or was erased in her existence. Who ever would believe she wasn't even a human type like the natives around here. Pausing she looked down then back toward Virgo with the saddest expression, "I can't remember her name. Oh does this mean she's lost to the abyss in a place I can't find her? Where the deep dark stallions roam in endless torment seeking to pull others down into their miserable state?"
She almost lost composure till she realized the grace of her companion shining a light for her with his shimmering irridecent coat. This was silly she thought, her guardian and her were connected as were the stars in the heavens. Its just something you couldn't just vanish from your memories and be forgotten. Shariea Virgo kept her eyes on the mare, and ever though her expression faltered and she spoke her fears he stood stong and vallant before her. He Smiled and shook his head. "I doubt anyone could ever forget you. Names are silly things and are elusive over time, but as you remember them so will they always remember you. I wouldnt be surprised if you both wernt looking for eachother all this time. "
He chuckled very softly, his light tenor voice was plesant and he knew in his heart that someday she would find whom she was questing for. "Is there anything you can tell me about them that Might help?" he asked her, his expression changing from hopeful to a more serious tone. He desperantly wanted to help this fallen star find what she had fallen from the heavens themselfs to look for. Rein_Carnation Andromeda pondered letting her wings lie silent yet rocking slilently in the chilly breezes that swept by. Her thoughts lying upon the guardian hazed in her memorie s yet so familiar. "Purple mane... I remember that for sure. And she had a tail of sorts like that teal Fox Everly." she said with a happy contented smile. Though anything else in her q uests were phasing out like dying candles extinguishing the flames.
It was a start.
Looking at him her eyes almost became starry with a array of shine feeling so lucky to have gained this handsome stallion's trust. She needed more friends, yet in this one's company she felt anything but secluded and alone.
"Hmm its all I remember. Wait the two-legged ones I see here have no tails or purple hair. See like my mane almost" she notioned dropping her head toward him, letting the mane fall like a gentle stream upon her star kissed body. "I really do hope i find her, and I thank you for wanting to help me search too. You are very giving and kind to follow such an act". Shariea Such a strange two legger she was discribing to him, he couldnt fathom such a thing. He tilted his head to the side, letting his silver mane rush down his starspeckled side in a casscade. "You're right, no two leggers such as that live in these lands that I know of... and No two legger I have seen has ever had a tail." Two leggers where such funny creatures.
It was a start though, and he knew she would someday find her two legger. He smiled at her, and his strange eyes lit with hope. "Im sure you shall find her... Perhaps she is what the two leggers here reffer to as a spirit?" he wondered, they often said that the spirits where unlike any two leggers known. Tirranna "A spirit" she responded in a statement more than a query.
Andromeda let a shower of moonlight trail over her beautiful form in dazzling sparkles and shapes. Could her guardian indeed be a spirit giving illusion of being human to guide her through life?
She smiled delicately at his words knowing he was beautiful in heart and soul wanting to aide her quest. A spirit of both legend and creature perhaps could of been her savior. But she did indeed feel the breath and life that radiated in those blue orbs she remembered looking within.
A kindred spirit with a heart for all living things. whereever could she be the mare wondered. Her and the little companion with two tails.
Spirits.
Things were returning slowly yet so unraveled she knew not was was fantasy or the whole of reality. her gentle glass pools lied upon him once moire favoring the glinting shapes of stars and heavenly things.
Spirits they both were.
"Well in any case I'm here for a bit till I do check around the whole of what's lying out before me. so I'f you'd like... you could join me on a little outting to expolre what all there is to see?"
She felt a bit forward asking such a demand but it was more of an open invitation than being coy and unnerving. She never intended to sound crass or dominant. Just a simple question top see if he'd accept and join her. Watching closely she awaited his reply. Shariea Virgo watched the play of light over her features as she conemplated his suggestion. He didnt know her full story so he could be far from the mark, but at lest he was trying to be helpful. The wind picked up and with a gentle caress began to play with his long silver tresses, sending the locks dancing around his dark form, glittering with the stars.
He tilted his head, the wind tuggling in protest on his locks for but a moment. "I would be honored to be a companion of yours, if but for only a little while, On your quest m'lady. After all, how can one refuse such a simple request from a fallen star?" He asked her with a smile.

Rein_Carnation She smiled as her eyes twinkled like dew on roses on a mid summer's night. He was so charming she really felt undeserving of his help, but yet to stare into those beautiful orbs as her eyes graced over his sparkling coat.
"I do appreciate it... as well as the company" she mused with a soft smile upon her muzzle,"If anything were to happen I wouldn't know where to go nor turn in a time of need. This means very much to myself and the one I seek."
She walked slowly up beside him now where their flanks nearly touched.
"All right then. Where shall we start?" she queried brushing agaist him this time but didn't even realize it save for a tiny shiver that raced up to her withers. Shariea He smiled at her as she moved to stand beside him. His head lept with exciment at the pending adventure and he nearly gasped as he felt her touch his side. He had expected a cold touch, graced by the heavens above... but her body was warm and soild, sending a delightful shiver up his spine.
He turned his head to look at her, the smile returning once more. "where ever you wish to look M'lady. The mountains, the forests, the plains, the beach. There are many places to look, and many things to see along the way. It would be much swifter if you could fly, so I am sorry for my burdon. " Rein_Carnation She shook her head leaning in for a reassuring nuzzle not realizing she did it till her cheeks flushed crimson. "You're not a burden. I don't need to fly if you're here with me. Look we shine around each other." Blinking she backed away a little rapidly wondering why she was feeling her whole face get hot as her heart was beating rapidly. Strange this feeling was save for the last few glances of the one called Anomally whom disappered the night she was at the tower.
Pausing she stood there thinking. Had the memories come back to her? Closing her eyes she tried so hard to remember her guardian yet seen nothing but faded matted images lingering like loose pieces of an impossible puzzle.
"Ohh haha... what's the nearest place we can check?" she said as her words now tried to smother that beating in her chest. Why the heck was this happening. She only just met him a couple hours ago. Shariea Virgo smiled at her, and as she scooted away from him he thought he could see the barest hint of crimson leaking upon her fine cheeks. Perhaps it was just a play of the moonlight, surely he couldnt have made the star blush.
He turned bashfully away once he had caught himself staring, yet he almost couldnt seem to help it. She was the embodiment of everything that he belived in. Everything that he had looked up at the sky in wonder of... Clearing his throat he looked to his left where the thick tree line of the forest dotted the horrizion. "The forest would probebably be the closest M'lady. " he said, glad to hear her say he would not be a burdon after all.

Rein_Carnation She still felt dazed, yet her cheeks were loosing that heated nuisance letting her breath freely. She still couldn't believe she was reacting this way. Thinking to herself was it crazy to feel like you've meet your soulmate? She shook her head trying to rationalize all of this.
At first his words were a bit underdeveloped in her mind, sounding fuzzy and foreign, but retured as easily as a salmon spawns back to its original birthing place.
"The forrest. Alright we'll start there." she nodded moving back beside him forgetting she was losing herself in that dazzling shining coat of his once more. Flushing once more she moved like liquid silk past him trying to understand why she was blushing like a lovesick puppy everytime she was glancing in his direction.
But he is so beautiful and like myself she thought with a smile. As her hooves touched upon the deep emerald moss, she sunk inward to the ground slowly. Such an odd feeling the mare noted letting the moonlight glisten off her body and finally her horn. Shariea Virgo watched her quietly and smiled a bit. She was so stunning, he was lucky to have been standing out here this night. A spirit of a star had come to the earth this eve and he was going to aid her on her quest. It was like a story told down from the dawn of time.
The starred stallion flicked his tail and shook his head, clearing his mind of his day dream. The silver strands of hair floated through the air slowly before pooling behind him like a stream. His muscles flexed as he shifted his weight on his hooves, making his coat glitter and glisten like the sky above, as if all the stars where laughing and shimmering. "Well then M'lady, let us begin our journey. " He said with a smile.
His silver hooves stepped onto the fresh grass that was gradually begining to frost over. "Winter is soon approching... the trees at lest will give us shelter from the wind for awhile. " Rein_Carnation A journey filled with hopes, dreams, and comtemplations filled in happiness and mirth.
Sad she was forgetting her guardian that images swayed in and out like the tides flows back toward the sea. Muddled memories and sounds teasing her from afar. Her companion though made her feel at ease. He was in a sense like her in many ways which she appreciated greatly.
Her amethyest river flowed like silk from her neck and rump causing a shine to eminate off her necklace hanging freely about her neck. Eyes studting the outlay before them with a glistening smile as she thought upon his deep words.
"Yes we shall" she whickered turning her head to glance upon him yet again as she lost herself in his shimmering coat that reminded her of the twilight morn when all the stars litterally danced high above the world. Was that what they would do on this journey... dance together as if two falling stars fell at the same time. The thought made her blush a little which caused her eyes to avert toward an old willow not too far in front of them. Shariea Virgo smiled as she accsepted his invitation to head out into the forest. He raised his dark blue head high, his silver mane trailing down his neck like the tail of a commet in the nights sky. The wind lightly toyed with the silver locks, sending tendrils wrapping around his neck and sliding down the smooth coat of his body.
His corded mucsles tensed for but a moment before he moved, stepping forward into the night. The frozen earth as the dew turned to frost lightly crunching under his silver hooves. "M'lady, this will be a grand journey, and I am pleased that we shall share it and the memories to come of it together. " he said with a small chuckle. "Tell me though. Why is it that you have come with winter nipping at your heels? Do stars fall from the sky this time of year when the sky seems but a breath away from the earth?" Rein_Carnation She smiled lightly with a soft gaze upon him tossing her mane with the lighest movemebt letting the moonlight glisten upon her shining neck. Her eyes studied him so carefully wondering what he held in those pooled orbs of his. It was nice to not be alone on this night that sprakled in the sight of glistening diamonds set in the dark wintery sky. Thankfully it wasn't winter yet, meaning there was still time.
"Winter? Hmm oh yes it is on its way isn't it?" she smiled as her head lifted to smell the wintery scent lying upon the wind. "Well winter or not with your presence and I as your companion we shall be safe together" she nodded lowering her head to watch him again.
"Any clue, scent, or otherwise hint I shall find shall be a great thanks to your dedication and help in my aid. I eternally thank you for that." her head shifted with a display of her starrylike wings as they stretched and folded neatly upon the grace of her back and withers.
Taking a few steps forward she breathed lightly upon his shoulder. "Shall we then? A falling star must always travel, for touching upon the Earth shall cause it to loose brillance and overtime fade." Shariea Her words flowed the water over him as he listened to the pure ethreal tone that ebbed on her speach. Her coat sparkled as if in slow motion as she tossed her head sending those purple curls like the tendrels of a cloud washing over her pale form. Virgo was entraced with the fallen star and everything about her. His head felt as if it where in a fog as he watched her.
He shook his own head once more in an effort to clear it, but he still found his thoughts muddled by her. He flashed her a dashing smile and nodded his head, his own coat sparkling like this heavens above. "well then, I'll be glad to be your compainon My Lady, and hopefully we can track this friend of yours...even if it means going to the ends of the earth. I shall be by your side until this quest is complete... It would be my Honor. " Rein_Carnation A royal quest.
The sound of it intriqued her letting the image of her guardian slip further away in the fleeting swirl of emotion she was feeling. There was an ebbing for a moment so swift it nearly knocked the breath out of her. if the quest should end then what would happen to this knight in shining armore dressed in the gaze of starlight as it trailed throughout his heavenly features. Would the time keeper simply erase him like her guardian wth no memory as to the first. She frowned sourly wondering if this very race to find something would quell and last for years to come.
"Then we shall be off" she whinnied with a rearing towards the night sky that reflected the moon's very silken escence onto her own. Waiting for his own light yet strong steps beside hers. Every brush of fur that tuched upon hers caused a rippling up and down her spine. She wasn't afraid though and welcomed this emotion. Though still she wondered why it taunted her so. Shariea Virgo smiled at her as he watched her rear up and caress the sky with her very hooves. Time seemed to slow as he watched her slender muscles ripple under the silver moonlight that washed over her graceful features like the waves crashing upon the shore. Her pale stands of hair slid down her back and bounced around her neck, flashing in the moonlight as well.
He smiled and almost felt his heart skip a beat as he watched the living star dance in the pale rays of moonlight. "Well then lady, To the forest." he chuckled and walked with her under the canopy as the silver rays sent dappled beams across their path. "Hopefully we can find your guardian swiftly." he said, trying to make light converstation. Rein_Carnation Swiftly. Yes indeed it was something that crossed her mind as the few flakes of the first snowfall waltzed upon her back lying there with a sinking chilled presence. It could of been her drifting like the silent stars above till she noticed the sky was litterally raining the frozen crystals as they lie upon the ground continuing to be joined by others like their kind. So pretty they were to keep the mare's attention till she realized her time had bee n spent lingering.
Shaking off the forming white blanket as it creeped over her she nodded back to Virgo with a twinkling smile. "Onward.... the snow shall not rest for even the most dedicated travelers" she mentioned nuzzling him quickly then sprinting into a light trot hoping he followed. For some reason she couldn't understand why her heart fluttered like a moth to a flame just yet. Her companion made her feel warm and cherished in her search. Shariea The snow gently fell from the sky, like the frozen tears from the spirits above. The sparkling stallion slowly let his gaze drift to the inky darkness, the snow flakes falling on his lashes causing him to blink. He smiled at the lady fallen star and dipped his head to her. "truer worlds have scarecely been spoken." he laughed, though she caught him off guard as she nuzzled him.
He took relish in the fact that her velvet fur was soft and warm against his skin, and that it lightly tingled even after she had withdrawn from him and sprinted further towards the forest. He watched her for a moment, unable to draw his thoughts away. She had the angelic grace of a child at play and the poetic justice of a cool breeze on a twlight night. He grinned and chased after her as the snow flakes began to fall in a flurry around them. Rein_Carnation As her hooves sunk within the white barrier a silken river of silver violet trailed behind her with her head held high. Tail flowing outward like a flag whipping within the wind with each perfected stride. Her ears caught the sound of the soul behind her keeping pace as she lengthened her strides. Too long had she been somber and foreboding in her search. A spirit within dimly lit releasing her senses to be herself and do what her heart sang the most. Like a spirited angel she picked up her strides into a smooth canter as a smile overtook her beautiful crystaline eyes.
For now in this journey, no matter what the outcome, she wasn't alone at this point in time. The river snaking through the forest caught her ears as she continued her speed as her wings unfurrowed letting her glide like an angelic rose, a shooting star that simply was feeling what nature intended her to be. Shariea Virgo ran after the fallen star, his silver hooves thundering over the small duns of snow that where begining to pile over the landscape. He gave a cheerful whinny as he watched with awe as she gently streched her wings and flew into the sky, gliding as graceful as any bird as she caught the wind in her feathers.
The pure look of euphoria that crossed her face made a burning passion ignite from dwindling embers deep inside the stallions heart. That passion, that pure happiness that crossed the mares face. He vowed right then and there in his heart to never let harm cross her path, and to follow her to the ends of the earth until her quest was finished. Rein_Carnation Be it time standing still her wings carried her lightly amongst the veil of silken white dancing downward past the spirited mare. She gleefully kicked out her heels laughing like a child that waited within. Life carried much happiness if one would truly unleash what they hid every day in a tumbling mishmash of mundame things.
Curving her body she arched herself higher turning about to look down on the one that made her smile. Mere words could never express gratitude nor could they fathom expressions merely noticed. He was but a masterpice, a becon the shimmered back at her with his orbs burning brightly.
Tossing her head she dived downward toward him like a falling star.
With only a breath's notice she had decended and landed next to him with nothing but a smile accompanying a flick oh her fluffy tail. Her happiness radiated as a wish is made upon a "falling star". Standing there now as a statue stands timeless she looked deeply at him with a simple nod of her head.
"The river is this way Virgo. I fancy a drink as we travel onward." she nickered as her stance changed to a soft walk open the velvety snow. Shariea He grinned as he watched her, graceful and slender and as radiant as any star that still hung in the sky. His heart raced as his hooves ran across the frozen ground after her, glancin up at her as often as he dared for fear he would be caught staring at her.
The silver rays of moonlight fell through thr bows and left dappled patterns across the snow before their path. The beams caught his sides and sent his sides glittering like a thousand diamonds. As she came to land beside him, he caught he breath and dared not breath for to case away the vision at his side. "Certainly M'lady." He dipped his head sending his silver mane slipping over his shoulders like a drop of mercery. "After you..." Rein_Carnation She smelled the water long before reaching it letting her dappled star kissed neck lower itself into the water. Taling in decent sized drinks she let her warmth mingle with the chilled crystal sliding into her quenched throat. Winter was a joyous time dotted with many an occassion to celebrate, but the snowfall was deeping with a heavier blanket upon the land.
Though it glistened like a gemstone her senses told her something else.
Upon finishing her long awaited drink she rose her head upward to gaze up at his radiant stong form. There carried an uncertainy in thise beautiful orbs knowing full well they'd need rest for the night. If the falling crystals that danced in a masquerade of white now grew any heavier the cold would surely come.
Blowing outward she considered finding shelter till it ceased. But decided to let her trusted guide make the call. Perhaps there rested a cave or shelter they could wait within till better hours.
Speaking with a confident tone she smiled walking toward him "The snow has begun its normal routine. Shall we consider shelter of some sort till traveling is at best?" Shariea Virgo wated her drink, the soft whisps of her hair caress her neck and the delicate musles move under the velevet blanket of her star kissed fur. She was radiant. Even in the dapped rays of the moonlight that trailed through the canopy above and the snow that fell from the sky around them on the chilly breeze.
He caught his breath for a moment, lost and enchanted as she moved. So simple a thing was it to take a drink from the stream, yet she was lost in slow motion to him. When at last the words fell from her lips like honey candy he had to snap himself to attention and recall what he had just heard her say.
"Shelter... yes that would be wise. " Virgo smiled and cleared his throat, looking skyward only to get a snow flake on the tip of his nose. "Star maidens shouldnt be left in the winters chill to fight out the night. There is a thick cluster of trees that will keep out most of the snow fall and beyond that a large den, though others may be using it as shelter this night as well. " Rein_Carnation She smiled warmly at him letting the snow that fell softly lie upon her shoulders and back, "That would be simply ideal if you could lead the way please?" Her eyes sparkled melting into the blues and purple covering his entire form like a shining celestial mass. Every fiber of his being was radiant and washed in an array of starry shapes and dreams.
Every time her gaze lay upon that stunning creature her back shivered with the curiousity and intrique. Once upon a time another made her feel that way when she was but a foal, but strange events posed a different outcome letting her memory to stale and fade like a vision forgotten.
A strange creature entered her mind just then being small and furry with several earthy tones. She wasn't too terribly large but her voice was small and curious as a child's. Patches of caramel, chocolate, and licorice contrasted with the soft white in its fur. Shaking her head she tried desperately to remember this companion that tagged along in many adventures. How strangely this one was more vivid and full of color than her beloved guardian that had raised her well. Shariea Virgo nodded softly and looked at her from behind his sheen of silver hair. "well then Maiden, I shall lead the way for you. I hope yuo dont catch a chill before we reach our destination. Are you cold?" he asked her as he began to slowly walk through the snow.
The white snow was starting to fall harder around them, the air was deadly silent save for the soft little thuds the snow made as it hit the ground and stuck together. "There, just ahead." he said as he made out the tree thick grove of trees, the ground around the bases was the only dirt that was still visable. Rein_Carnation "Nay. The snow isn't a worry for me, I know I've been in it many times before. Its when I do not remember" she smiled leaving closer toward him as her breath echoed like silk into the coldness.
Her eyes flickered momentarily as she watched him lead the way. A brief sigh came about her before she slowly followed swaying her head back and forth. Finally catching up by his side she noticed the dry clearing smiling, "That will do just fine Virgo. Hmm I have no worries about predators with you as my guide."
She let her words trail out in contentment though visions constantly came and went from time to time. A pooled lake. A tower with hidden rooms. What did they mean she wondered. Stepping forward she heard something, a familiar jingle sound that made her ears swivel faster than they had been.
"Did you hear something?" she asked him, pulling up nearly shoulder to shoulder. What was these images that made her strain her eyes in the coming darkness filled with deeper blinding snow as it fell upon them.

[prp] To catch a falling star [Virgo and Androm] Sun Sep 09, 2007 Shariea The night was young, the veil of night was slowly drifting down upon the land as the glory of the sun set behind the mountains. Virgo watched as twilight graced the land and bathed the valley in the pale purples of dusk. His silver tail flicked softly, catching the hues of the sky and slowly fell back to earth where it pooled as liquid on the ground amid the grass and dew.
His hooves slowly pawed at the ground. The starlight stallion was waiting, ever so patiently. Waiting with breath caught in his lungs for lady night to take her thrown and for his star to appear. Rein_Carnation As the canvas surrounded her with a thousand twinkling lights, Andromeda soared through the sky as if a comet had started a long journey. As if a musical chorus were playing just for her, the fanfare of the stars was the ever diligent audience. Shifting her stride she flexed her long graceful wings letting each one sift and glide along the wind that guided her. Kicking out strong legs of muscle and elegance she dipped downward towards the awaiting ground beneath her as if a star had fallen from the sky. A silver streak, glistening and brilliant as hooves gently touched upon the ground with a soft musical sound. Looking around her she searched for someone, another that flickered with a glimmer as she.
How long it had been since the snow had come and gone she pondered swaying her long elegant neck this way and that. Then with a flicker of her heart, a subtle beat she spotted him waiting as if a lone night that waited his lady fair. She shined even in darkness as her hooves advanced toward him with softness yet urgency. Though her dreams and memories were scattered, her senses were wide open with a tingling sensation, glowing a happiness only she could. He had remembered she be descending on this very night Shariea He had known and he had counted the days since the night she had left him. The snow had parted from the land and the grass was now full green and thick. Yet the chill of autum was on the air again. His eyes glimmered in the light of the moon as he saw her slowly drifting from the heavens. His star had returned to him.
As her dainty hooves touched down on the ground her rushed to her side. Silver hair streaming out behind him like liquid moonlight as he approched. "M'lady. You have returned." Rein_Carnation Something drifted in her mind, a thought that needed to be addressed to the one that stood nearest to her. But a matter of that importance wasn't something you bring up so lightly, more like working into it smoothly and uninterrupted. The way she'd know was to to judge his reactions, response and feelings.
"Yes I have my starry knight," she breathed with a soft wisp of chill that escaped her nostrils. She watched him intently wondering what he was pondering as his own distinct orbs that carried a way to his soul gazed upon her. "A star always, when it falls, has a reason, a purpose for being" she mused letting her tail slowly swish back and forth. As the coming autumn moon shimmered above them, her coat radiated like a star sitting high in the black canvased sky. Even her own pendent necklace from a dream complimented in silver, helped her shine.
"Even though two seasons of passed I've not forgotten you assisted me in my search. T'was a trying time indeed, but you were there with me when the snows gently fell upon this land. I thank thee for that". She leaned in closer to him smiling, though the secret that the star protected was much more than he could have realized. Shariea Virgo smiled as he watched her, grace, a dream... etherial and wonderful. A smile slowly pulled at his lips as he watched her. Her warmth flooded him, and as always surprised him as he had always thought stars to be as cool as the nights touch. No this mare, this star of the heavens in mortal flesh was as warm as summers day as she leaned against his side.
"And I, maiden, have counted the days through the seasons for your return. Marked this night upon my heart and waited for your grace to fall from the heavens once more. As breath taking as the night I first saw you land. Pray tell me, Lady. What does a Star need upon the mortal plains once more, so long ago the snows of left the land. Perhaps my Lady of light still needs help in her Journey?"
