Even as a Aoyagicest fan i would have to say i agree with you.

if Sei and Rit would get together (which i highly dought) i would want it to be something like where Soubi and Ritsuka dont make being a fighting pair, or Soubi relises he loves Ritsu and Ritsuka with Seimei.
