It's merely the creation of a Sephiroth sprite and implanting the sprite into the game, presumably through an Emulator and coding the various attacks for it. Sephiroth is not actually in FF6, just a bit of fun from a fan.
When I first saw this title Setzer Gabiani instantly came to mind.

it's kinda like the "sephiroth gold saucer date" thing someone made once. it's a hack, but a kinda nifty one.

That's how Sephiroth should of been in FFVII: a hard boss.
He just pretty much mutilated the entire party. Except for the Kefka one: it's obvious the creator of that is a Kefka fan.

There is no sephiroth in FInal Fantasy VI I love the game of FFVI its one my favorites. Sadlly there is no sephiroth. An who could even be a fan of kefka...I mean he is by far one of the gayest villans to have lived in the final fantasy wordl. Also one of the most evil. I would say we should place in the battle areana kefka v.s sephiroth to see who the real victor would be cough cough. Anywho yeah heheheheh. I too thought setzer when i saw this at first.

OMG, I was about to say! They should have just kept Sephiroth in his original form in FFVII. He was much stronger that way then the whole Bizarro thing.

That was actually entertaining though...Sephiroth is the ultimate villian in my point of view, but I agree that he could have been tougher in FFVII. That would make it even better.
