Probably temporary, but I would like to be able to shift back and forth at will, or have a Ranma 1/2 like set up (I change when doused with cold water, when I sneeze, get hugged by a girl, whatever)

if it was permanent I could adjust.
maybe loose some Bigot friends, but hey if they cant handle the change then they aren't really my friends to begin with.
I think my parents wouldn't like it. but they are a loving bunch and they would eventually accept it.
And I would still be with my girlfriend ( cause of that promise we made to each other)
I would probably cry, But I cry anyway so it isn't much of a difference.

I would rather be temporary if possible but if not then perminant. I would go temp to see what its like. If i liked it it would be perm.
