Guys or Girls?
Guys are sexy if their strong (not like, bodybuilder. And strong emotionally as well as physically.) Dominant, and Tall. The longer the hair, the better. The less bodily hair the better. But a soul patch or something like that is fine. He needs to be tough and protective. He also has to have awesome hair (probably not blonde) and wear darker colored clothing.

I like men that are taller. Strong but not too muscular, a bit of muscle is fine though. Lanky is attractive. Nice hair is always a weakness of mine. I adore darker and longer hair. And piercing blue eyes.
I adore pale skin but a bit of a tan is lovely too. I love men who can always joke around with me. A certain level of intelligence is needed. I don't like to dumb down what I say. I love hardcore nerds and gamers. A man who I feel can protect me is always favored. I love romantic types, like incredibly romantic men simply make my heart melt. Artists and tortured souls are absolutely adored.
In a woman, I love elegance. Classy, beautiful women with fine tastes. A woman with long glorious hair, and full lust worthy lips. I love women with full figures. Nice firm breasts and larger hips. I love beautiful hands, longer fingers and nails, perfectly manicured. Smooth pale skin. Intelligence is still a must. I also love it when a woman isn't afraid to let her perversions out.

I don't often think of women as sexy, attractive sure but sexy implies a bit more than I've ever felt for a woman.
As far as men go though I think dark, mysterious, nerds are sexy. Maybe the man himself has dark hair/skin/eyes, maybe it's just his clothes, or maybe it's somewhere in his personality, it doesn't really matter where it is just as long as there is some darkness somewhere. I also like men with strong arms, not necessarily muscular but strong and it's nice when a man is tall but it isn't really a must. What is a must though is that he should be sure enough of himself to be able to make decisions. I hate having to make all the decisions.

There's a few things that makes a guys look more appealing to me. For physique, I like taller guys who are toned. I also like long hair on guys, most pull it off well. I prefer green or blue eyes and have a sense of style. Haven't dated anyone really stylistic though.
But how they look isn't too important to me, what is is personality. I like guys who can think for themselves. Who aren't afraid to have an independent thought or idea, who are intellects and have a unique mind. I could never date a man without a sense of humor. If you can make me laugh, even when I'm at my worst, I will pretty much cling to you. I like a guy who isn't retarded when handling women and can pick up on my habits or read me to know what I'm feeling just by looking at me. I like the nerdy gamer guys who actually aren't afraid to beat me in games, I hate not having a challenge. I do like guys with common interests as me, but also things that I don't like or know. It leaves room for debate and learning.

Kaida_Kokoro I like a guy who isn't retarded when handling women and can pick up on my habits or read me to know what I'm feeling just by looking at me. This is a big turn on. I am not very vocal so sometimes it's really nice when someone knows what I'm thinking without my having to say it.

There are two different ideals for me, one for each gender.
For a male, he has to be overpowering, dominant, a tidal wave of strength that just takes over and leaves me weak in the knees. I have a weakness for long hair, and add it with glasses for intelligence, and I lose my mind. If the man has a soft side that he doesn't show to many, but I get to see it, it's almost an instant recipe for falling head over heels. The body type itself doesn't matter much, since I am not where I want to be body-wise.
For a female, though, I am much more picky. I like a damsel in distress, with definite curves and a sweet demeanor. A bubbly attitude is quite a bonus, along with innocence that I can corrupt. I don't fall in love with females quickly, but when I do, it's hard, and for a long time.

It's simple for me,
Attitude. I don't like overly arrogant males. I don't want to deal with a guy who's heads bigger than his body. But at the same time I hate overly submissive guys too. for one, they're doormats and I can't respect that. Two, (for me personally) I like a guy who takes the lead...when needed. Mind outta the gutter people! ;P
A guy who is comfortable with himself will come off sexy even if he isn't 'the perfect male'. If he's overly arrogant though, he comes off as an annoying a**. And submissive? They come off as puppies to be taken care of. Neither of those are sexy, they're flat out annoying.
