Just a suggestion, but prehaps certain restraints should be added.
For example, I doubt a lawfully good Paladin would be able to use a demonic pendant or dark star.
Then again I also doubt that a chaotically evil Warlock would be going around with an Angellic parasol or an angelic bow.
This would be a bit like the a Druids inability to wear metal armour without losing his class.
