Ah Trivium. I do quite like them. Seeing them in less than two weeks too.

Trivium is alright I guess. They have some really catchy song but I definitely don't hail them as a favorite or anything. My main problem with them is the whole "We sound like Metallica" thing. That always got on my nerves. I think with a lot of metalcore bands though (which is honestly why I put up with metalcore) they have really good guitar work though. That much I will say for them.

I've got both The Crusade and Shogun, and I like 'em both. Pure eargasming.

Shogun is quite possibly one of the greatest albums I've ever heard. I saw them like a day or two after the release in Fargo, 300 miles or so east of here. They played with 36 Crazy Fist, The Human Abstract, and As I Lay Dying... I think. Not too sure on the last one, been about a year now, just about... I didn't care much for The Human Abstract, though Trivium performed flawlessly, it was amazing.

Trivium is also one of my favorite bands. They have wicked guitar solos. My favorite song of theirs is Gunshot to the head of Trepidation.

I've never really been a big one for Trivium, but I was pleasantly surprised by their live show when I saw them. It's been a couple years, though.

Yeah, when I saw them live it was amazing. That's really what made me like them as much as I do.
