Terri, Sunny, go ahead and show our younger students how this is done. Professor Philomela sat down in her chair and watched the girls carefully.

Terri walked to the left side of the classroom. "Alright, fourth and fifth years over here. Don't fight over the free desks."

 Sunny Higginson, 7th yearSounds good to me, Ter. Sunny sat down at an empty desk with her match. Alright, all you youngun's come this way! Make a circle. Can everyone see?? Once the students were seated, Sunny began showing off a bit. First, she flicked her wand and turned a book into a turtle. The students ooed and ahhed. Sunny loved to be the center of attention.

Professor Ruby Philomela, TransfigurationProfessor Philomela smiled warmly at Sasha. She was another talented girl, as were all the students she had taught who bore the name McGonagall.Hmm...Ok we'll change this up. Sasha, you'll sit with the first years and teach them how to transfigure this match - nothing more. Sunny will take second, third, and Terri will take fourth, fifth.

Sasha Mcgonagall, 6th year.Comes to the desk and picks up a box of matches.Righty-o Prof. This is a piece of cake....
First years, please follow me to a table and each pick up a match....
You have to watch carefully, and do exactly what I doPoints wand to match and says a spell. The match turns into a feather.Everyone got it? Tell me if you need help and I'll help ya..

Terri McGonagall, 7th yearTerri's eyes flashed when Sasha said that she was an Animagus. It was a sore spot for Terri, seeing as she was not an Animagus.Not yet at least. I'm working on becoming one, I just can't figure out what animal to morph into."All right, fourth and fifth years, take a match."Terri moved the box among the students with her wand. when everyone had a match she took the box and grabbed one for herself.

Terri McGonagall, 7th year Terri glanced sympathetically at the girl who had just rushed in. Wow, detention's going to be very full today. It's going to be a regular class if anymore students show up late."Does everyone have a matchstick? Good, now we'll be transforming it into a garter snake, I hope no one has problems with snakes. Does anyone remember the spell for this? Ah, yes, well done Sara, the spell is 'Hasiarna'. Get busy, all of you!" As she watched the students, Terri thought more about her ambition to become Transfiguration teacher.I'm pretty sure I want to start as soon as I get out of school, but I also don't want Sunny to feel like I've deserted her. And as for Sasha, well...why can't she understand?

Emilea walks into the class. She takes a seat in the far back of the room and gets out all of her things. Everyone turns to stare and she stands.
