So far i've spotted two Phoenix references:
1. The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya - episode - Remote Island Sydrome (part 2)
Haruhi copies the movements Phoenix makes and has the flashy blue background when she make her point.
2. Sayonara Zetsubo Sensei - episode - Go Fly Over that Country
When Itoshiki's talking a Psyche Lock appears mrgreen
Has anyone spotted any? Or is there any animes that could do with the PW touch?
Personally I think Lucky Star should make a PW reference mrgreen

Anywho, if it helps, I like to pretend Case Closed is one big investigation scene reference. If that series ever made a reference to courtroom drama, I'd be quite happy. Although, I've barely read the series to know if if already has.

Whoa! I didn't notice that the drawings from Lucky Star was from Apollo Justice. I always assumed that they were just random bishies created from Tamura's head. I feel so incompetent now. D=

Wasn't Case Closed before GS?
I don't know. I think Case Closed was from the late 90's...

Kristoph's taking over the world, one anime at a time. I think there was another anime where he had a lookalike, but I can't think of it for the life of me...
