"Well... I not very good at telling stories but that is where I first woke up and live now! Would you like to see the cave? I don't think it is too far from here.." Yuki Haru stared at the clouds thoughtfully, she was trying to remember where exactly the cave was. "It is big and it looks out to that really big lake of water! It keeps out the rain and it has a little garden inside of it!" Yuki started bounding off, following the direction she decided on, not waiting for Kohana's response.

Kohana thought quietly to herself while she joined Yuki Haru in search of this cave. Supposedly, it lay on the banks of a giant lake; but surely this could not be. Kohana had swum in the lake many times but had never seen such a cave. But then again, the lake was big, but couldn't be considered 'giant.' Perhaps Yuki Haru was talking about something bigger than the lake; the ocean? Despite her uncertainty, Kohana simply let herself be guided to where ever the cave happened to be.
Kohana took a deep breath was suddenly sucked in the aroma of salt. So she was talking about the ocean... Kohana thought to herself. Thinking about it now, this made perfect sense. Afterall, the island stretched on endless in sandy banks. Surely it was impossible for someone to have seen every inch of it.

Yuki Haru slid to a stop as they reached the cliff edge of the island. "Look! The cave is just down there! It is not too far from here at all!" She ran to the edge and looked down to either side. "Ah! Right over there!" She dived of the cliff and started flying to the right, towards the middle in an area with many sharp rocks jutting from the edge of the cliffs. Many hole were in the edge of the cliff here, most were just big enough to squeeze through. Yuki went through one of these entrances. They had a strange glow to them....

Kohana carefully approached the edge of the chiff Yuki Haru had so boldly ran up to. She'd been near some cliffs before, but never ones more than a foot or two from the water; if you could even call them cliffs. "Hm, where?" Kohana barely got to ask before Yuki surged off the cliff and headed for some very sharp rocks. She let out a sigh of relief when Yuki effortlessly avoided the dangers and squeezed through a strange hole in the side of the cliff. Despite everything in her saying to turn back, Kohana simply couldn't let Yuki go alone.
Backing up slightly, Kohana launched herself off the cliff. She slowed to an almost complete stop before manuvering herself into the same hole Yuki had gone through. This hole wasn't hard to find as it was glowing a fierce green; even more so than the other entrances.

The cave had a green glow to it, reflecting the color of the green water below. The cave had a salty smell, and the walls looked like they were made of crystal, except for a small pool of water just large enough for a senrei to sit in at the far side of the cave. the pool was filled by water dripping down from the ceiling. There was a pile of dry brown leaves and grasses not to far from the pool and there a a sort of shelf that had some fruit on it to the left of the entrance. Yuki Haru was sitting in the center of the cave waiting for her new found friend Kohana. "What do you think of my home? There are quite a few cave like it around here, the entry holes just need to be widened a bit. Some of the caves are even bigger than this one! I am just fine with my home as is, though."
