obsessive Doctor Who fan since 1992.
Despite this, I'm inclined to say that, on television, the series has never been of such a consistently high quality as it's been since the relaunch. Ever.

NewWho BBC novels were aimed at a late-teens/twenty-somethings-and-up audience since that was who was buying
Who novels in the 90s and early 00's.
The
NewWho novels are aimed at kids since that's who's buying Who novels now.
For that reason I haven't dipped into them myself yet, though I'll probably pick up
Sick Building since I'm a huge Paul Magrs fan. I wish RTD had let him keep the book's original title though - 'The Wicked Bungalow' sounds much better.
