Selma Hayek would be a perfect Anita Blake. She's short and busty and pale with dark curly hair.

young brad pitt for Nathanial, deffinately, BUT, since Brad ain't young anymore, let's see then, hmmm.....I'll come back to that one.
Edward Norton for Edward, spot on. lol, epitome of W.A.S.P. breeding, indeed.
Jean-Claude, now THAT's a toughie.....hmmm....I'll get back to that.
Zerbrowski's an easy one. Michael Weatherly from NCIS. DiNozzo to Gibbs. Zerbrowski to Dolph.....and speaking of Dolph, anyone see a more muscled, mustach-wearing Mark Harmon as the stoic sergant?
Salma Hayack as Anita, I could see that. She's just have to pale herself up a bit more, and work on that accent. Only problem is, she oozes sexuality...and Anita...not so much. Jill Hennessy from Crossing Jordan, I could see as well. She'd just have to put on a little weight. Jeez, that girl was a stick figure.
And, am I crazy, but slap a brown wig on Kevin Sorbo's head and you got Richard....the whiney self-hating ********, I feel that Steve Buscheme (or however you spell his name) and Robert Downey Jr. have great potential, I'm just not sure which characters.
