Hey wheer casn I find a list of all the NPC?

Well, we've got all of the UFOs/Zurg in the Useful Links thread, over in the System Database. And I always find the NPCs by just doing a Search of usernames including [NPC] and then just checking them out. I don't know if you can find all of them that way, though.

Yes you can, though some of them are fake.

And you can find the NPCs related to quests if you put [GAIA] in Search.
