I was randomly browsing through the videogame section in Target where they keep the $20 games. I actually had the choice between Xeno or Final Fantasy X, but I decided to get the game that wasn't in any way related to Square Enix.
I'm glad I did though.

I think i saw commercials for the first one way back in the day, and i have been hooked ever since

I read about in a magazine how it was a spiritual successor to Xenogears and how Xenogears was a godly game or something therefore Xenosaga was gonna be really good. Now that I think about it that was kinda stupid since I hadn't played Xenogears at the time yet.

I had actually gone to the local Wal*Mart with my father to pick my PS2 (they went to get me one for christmas, when our car crapped out and they had to use to money to get it fixed.) I figured "hell; I'll just go to Rhino and get used games at half price." I picked up FF-X and Xeno saga. I played through FF for about a half hour, then put in Xenosaga. About a month later, I had to restart my FF file because I had quite literally forgotten everything from the controls to where I was and what was going on. mrgreen

WELL... all started when I was looking at a VG store. They had Kos Mos eyes and then had Episode I. I was like Star Wars rip off Oo;;;
Then I was at a friends house, for some Christmas party, and she had it. I was like can I borrow?
I didn't really like it all at first, only because to me it seemed REALLY mecha like. Something I'm not fond of. Then my friend online told me about it, and I was like... I should try this out.. went to Target they had both GH, and non GH versions and so I took the non GH one.
Needless to say I feel in love with it, and the series is my all time favorite video game ever.

I thought the box was pretty and decided to try it out cuz of the art. Thank goodness for that! XP

I forget how I got into it... I just remember riding home with the game.
I got as far as the crab-robot thingy on the Elsa, and kinda forgot about it since I couldn't beat it. <<"
Then I just started it again back in October, since I was low on money and wanted an RPG to play. And Xenosaga was just sitting there in my game collection, so... you get the idea. :3
