.....Erm...Yeah, that doesn't really help... Tutorials are supposed to help with stuff, so you'd need a drawn GUIDE (Not just a drawn picture..), and to help WITH the proportions in the tutorial. Most people who can't draw a head, per say, is because they can't get proportions right.

That was both very helpful and easily understood...very nice, clean pictures and I like how you drew the eyes and shapes of the head and noses(thanks for the reference pictures). I like the eyelashes and the style nose you chose...
just wondering, how did you get your lineart to be purple? Well...you're most likely drawing with a tablet, right? So before you start to draw, you chose a color and then draw...so the line art is whatever color you chose, am I right? I never understood it but I always wanted to know. Well...if you don't have a tablet, can you still do the same thing?

In photoshop you can change the colour of your lineart by drawing it on a separate layer, and checking the "lock transparent pixels" box (on your layer palette). Then whatever you paint on that layer will only affect the lines, and you can change the colour of all or parts of your lineart. This has nothing to do with whether you use a mouse or a tablet. smile
