You can put extended labret studs in them. Works great. biggrin
Was awkward when she did them for me. Busted out with a 2.5 inch barbell that looked identical to what she pierced my tongue with.

Yeah, it was bunk as ********. 130 dollars and 3 months of fussing with them down the drain. But atleast I have cute 4laugh scars now.

You can't take them out..
The flesh in your cheek is so thick that they never truly heal and if they're left out for more than 15-20 minutes you're going to have great difficulty putting them in.
I had mine for a year and I took them out for a 4 hour shift and went to put them back in and they wouldn't go. Very bloody and dissappointing. sad
