I have put out threads as I said I would.
I have out one in the Oblivion guild and will put one in the Morrowind guild.
I am testing these potential recruits and if I deem them worthy, I will pm them and give them the phrase:
Sanguine, my brother.
I told them that this will give them an edge above the rest when getting into the guild.
So if you ever get requests with:
Sanguine, my brother.
In them, they are worthy, in my eyes, to join the guild.
However, the final verdict of course, is up to you.
I also said that even if they don't get the phrase, they can still request to join, as new recruits are always good.

Have I done well?

If I may be so bold, I'm a silencer now, and I'm doing the job of a speaker (recruiting people).
Since we still have one place left on the Black Hand, I would be honored if I could have the privilige of that position.
I saved up long and hard to get the money to get to where I am.
I'm a mod for the Kvatch thread and I come in everyday.
I may have been here for only a month or so, but I have worked very hard and I think getting to one of the top 10 positions in that time shows dedication.
I've even started on my Dark Brotherhood outfit.
So if you would accept me as a speaker, I would appreciate that greatly.
If not, oh well, life goes on.

Well he does have the tenacity and dedication we are looking for, but he may need a few more contracts under his belt. I am not sure. But I do think a voting would be a great idea.

I'm going to put another thread in the forums, it might be a bit hard going, but I think it'll get us the extra members we want.
