"See!" The girl jumped with her finger pointed at Echo. "SHE agrees with me!"
"FINE!" Echo groaned. "Fine, fine, fine." She raised the bottom of her shirt up to about where the bottom of her bra was. Her stomach looked completely normal... at first. But if someone were to look closer, they'd see what seemed to be a grayish or almost black layer beneath her skin and muscles. But the girl didn't comment on that.
"You got thin!" was the first thing to escape her lips. Echo slammed her sweatershirt back down.
"That is NOT what you're supposed to be checking."
"Are you eating?" The girl asked, one eyebrow raised.
"Yes, 5 meals a day."
"And what may I ask, are you eating?"
"A piece of fruit for breakfast, lunch, snack, and bedtime snack, and a salad for dinner."
"That's not nearly enough food for a 16 year old girl!" The girl exclaimed.
"Well I haven't died yet so obviously it's enough."
"You gotta find somebody who will make food for you, or at least share. I mean, this is insane!"
"Oh hush." Echo rolled her eyes, turning her head off to the side.

((I am dense. xD))
"Ohh..." Cecille watched as the girl had merely lifted the others shirt up halfway, to reveal her thin stomach. She sure was dense, even if she didn't notice it. When the girl had requested to have someone cook something, or even share something with Echo, Cecille's head jerked up.
"U-uhm! I might be able to help with that..." She blurted out, unaware that he burst of talking had nearly surprised the two girls. But, she was...well, okay with cooking, and even if she wasn't very good in her eyes, her food, at least, could fill up one's stomach quite nicely.

Carrie glanced up at the headmistress before nodding in understanding. "I'll remember that, Miss. Lorilei." She replied. Suddenly it dawned on her. "Oh god..." She muttered under her breath. "My violin!" At that, she sped off to retrieve it.
-
Assim nodded in understanding and had her relax. "Just try to bear with the pain." he explained. "It'll make it go faster." He closed her eyes and carefully placed runes on each lid. Taking a breath; he proceeded to reverse the damage done to them. He held her steady; ready to stop and hold her down before continuing again if he had to. So far, she seemed to be doing okay; with the occasional twitch or two from her every few seconds.

Shifting uncomfortably, Ameagari tried to stay as still as possible, as well as trying to suppress her instincts, although it didn't seem to be going to well. Her breathing hitched as she felt a sensation enter her body. Her instincts surged again, but Ameagari wasn't able to control it properly in time before she lunged at Assim, claws and fangs extended, eyes swirling red. She pinned him to the ground forcibly, growling lowly, fiercely, and angrily. When her instincts took over, they really took over. Right now, she looked about ready to rip his throat out like a wild dog taking down it's prey.

Inna entered an empty classroom, planning to smoke near the open window. Seeing a violin case in the corner, he went to it and picked the violin up, inspecting it closely, only to find a tag with the name "Carrie Borden" written on it. That was that one human girl that had gotten into a fight with Drake. He remembered her well, but didn't know exactly where to find her or which room she was staying in. Instead, Inna took it and brought it back to his room, forgetting about smoking for the moment. When he got back to his room, he opened it up and looked at the violin inside curiously. What he couldn't figure out was what people saw in music. Truthfully, he'd rather go without it, but it wasn't for him to decide. Oh well, didn't matter. He put it back in the case and put it on the couch beside him, yawning and stretching. If she wanted her violin back, she could come and get it herself.

"If you want to improve, Echo is the best taste tester ever! I mean, she doesn't know what the food needs but she ALWAYS knows if it needs something. Fabulous! One less worry on my mind! I can finally relax!" The girl was very VERY happy.
"You've been worrying for less than a minute kid." Echo rolled her eyes. "But right now I'm going to go do a few things. DOn't follow me." She said pointedly to the girl, who nodded as Echo walked away.
"Here, this has a couple ways to contact me. I think Echo's going to like you, so I'm hoping you could help me keep an eye on her. If something happens with her that makes you worry at all, get in touch, will you?" The girl said, holding a small piece of paper towards Cecille. "I know this sounds very odd and very sudden but I can't stay here past tonight and with all the hate going on, Echo might react very poorly. OH, silly me! My name is Mimi, by the way."

Cecille's eyes brightened slightly. She, of course, nodded as an affirmative; this was now her chance to finally gain her place as a--well, a decent cook! A taste-teste to critique her work! She looked at the said taste-tester, who was already walking away.
Blinking, she looked back to the other girl, nodding, "Not a problem, Mimi. I'll be sure to help her no matter what." She took the paper that Mimi had given her, neatly placing it inside her bookbag.

"What. The. Hell." Carrie stared at the place she had left her violin during her escape from Drake. And now it was gone. Her eye visibly twitched and she glanced around frantically. Ohshitsomebodystoleitohgodwhowoulddothatdidateachertakeitwoulditbeinthemusicroomwtfmate?! She proceeded to run around frantically, checking every possible place she could think of. She eventually returned to her dorm to find a note taped to her door.
Got your violin. Get it when you want it. -Inna

Assim winced as he was thrown to the ground; his project halted by her sudden instinctual take-over. "I didn't want to have to do this..." he winced as his face was clawed. Pulling a hand free, he quickly drew a series of runes in front of her face; placing his palm against it to activate it. This more complex spell did exactly what it should, and literally froze her in time. With a small sigh, he sat her up and finished what his work on her eyes.

Mimi dug around in the bag she carried over her shoulder, pulling out a small bag of... something that resembled very fine sand or perhaps even dust.
"This is for the second way to contact me. It's the most reliable way so I'd use this way first. It's very simple, just dip your finger in a glass of cold water, then dip your finger in this and write 'Mimi' on any mirror." Mimi said cheerfully, as if this was a perfectly normal way to contact people. "Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to ignore a direct order and follow Echo around... if I can find her again. Well, see you later if I see you before I leave!" Mimi waved over her shoulder as she walked off in search of her friend.
-----
Echo had gone off walking, she really wasn't paying attention to where she ended up. She just needed to get away from Madame Mimi the Constantly Cheerful. They'd been best friends literally since the second they were born, so she was used to being tailed. That of course meant she was very used to making it difficult to be tracked, at least by a girl with no real tracking abilities. She wandered in and out of trees, ending up by the lake. She'd always liked water, liked swimming... liked just about everything about it. Since she was little, she'd dreamed about seeing the ocean, a dream still unfulfilled. She blocked that thought from her mind, she was in no mood to dwell on it now. Now she just enjoyed the view of the lake from the end of the dock.

Ameagari next awoke when Assim finished his work. She saw him come into view, then looked off shyly. "I-I, I didn't mean to a-attack you. I-it just kinda happened. . ." she apologized quickly, bowing slightly, as was custom. "I-if there's anything I could do in return, I, I would most gladly be of service." When things started to come into focus, Ameagari glanced around as if she were a child in a candy store. She smiled happily, suddenly hugging Assim tightly. "Thank you so much!"

Hearing a knock, Inna answered it, though not at first. Usually, he didn't answer his door, but he remembered he had that human girl's violin. Seeing it was that human girl after all, he smirked. "Look, you do something for me, and I'll do something for you. Simple as that," he offered. "If not, then I can't help you. Don't wanna help you but I have a few things I need to get done. You do those, and you can ask a favor in return." Inna had a cigarette in his mouth as he talked. Now, he took another drag and exhaled the smoke slowly.

Carrie stood at the door with a glare. "Look, i really need my violin right now." She said with a huff. "It's bad enough that i was delayed due to my fights with Drake, but really, i need it now." She had to supress a shiver that ran through her as she felt his cold aura radiate off of him; keeping her gaze hard on him at the same time. Realizing that his deal was set, she sighed and hung her head; not wanting to start yet another fistfight with a kid at school. "What do i have to do?"
-
Assim smiled sheepishly and carefully pulled her off him. "Well considering i have nothing else to do here, i should be off." And then he was gone. Damien opened the door not soon after and glanced around; his eyes finally settling on a grinning Ameagari. Her once dull eyes were brimming with tears of joy. "Amea... are you alright?" He asked; his head tilting to the side.

Inna grinned down at her, running a hand through his hair. "First of all, go find me a pack of cigarettes, preferably this brand," he said, holding up a half-empty carton. "But I suggest you not let a teacher hear you asking for one or see you looking for one, or else you'll be expelled." He straightened up and pocketed the carton, taking another drag from his cigarette. "When you're finished with that, bring it to me and depending on how long you take, I might give it back to you."

Ameagari jumped at his voice, but then she turned to Damien and bowed slightly. "Yes, perfectly f-fine," she stammered out, smiling slightly. The dog demon walked up to him, a bit curious. "I, I was wondering i-if you c-could ask C-Carrie something for m-me. W-would you m-mind?" The look in her eyes was rather hopeful.

Echo sighed out of frustration with life and, swiping her hand across her throat, removed her voice. She then set the swirling ball of what looked like light on one of the dock poles and stared at it for a moment. She was the only one on the planet with the power to remove and hold voices, others' hands would just pass through them if they tried to touch them. But she never really thought of that, she had much more pressing things on her mind.
Echo slowly raised a hand and tightened the fingers, bending them partially as if they were claws, then straightening them. The voiceball didn't seem to react. Echo let out the breath she hadn't realized she'd been holding and bent her fingers again, this time drawing the hand towards her body. The ball seemed to being vibrating but remained where it was.
"Lazy son of a..." she mouthed to herself, letting the last word drop with her hand as she rolled her head back to relax the muscles of her neck before raising her hand again. With the same bending and releasing motion, she pulled alittle faster towards herself. The ball rolled off the pole and into the water.
Muttering a few muted and mild obsenities to herself, she leaned over the edge of the dock to search the water for where it had landed.
