Heswina was sleeping peacfully in her room, the barrier would half anyone from actually comeing too close to her. Only Focht could peirce the barrier. She was recouperating her lost energy.

*KB's mind thrashes against it's bonds.More in distress then anything.As his body attempted to push through the barrier it was blocked,it kept trying however.Looking the girl over he could smell the poison.Like a piece of rotting meat she wasn't worth eating,her body on the other hand hadn't come under much damage.*

*kaiori was in the trainning room since sunrise, she charges at a single metal pole, about as tall as a tree and wide as a fist, she pushes off the ground as she gets closer, with a quick flip in the air she slams her hands down on the pole, her arms tremble as they hold her body straight up,she holds it for around a minute and a half, before she gasps and falls as her arms give out again, she hits the floor with a dull thud, but smiles, each time she lasted longer*

A fine black mist flowed into Heswina's room and formed into Xol. He looked over his slave and the pathetic state she was in with a frown. His murky gray aura slowly pulsed out of his body giving off immense waves of dark energy. "Damn fool..."

your energy is just so hard to resist * the orb pulses with energy * this will definetly come in handy. you seam very intent on training , So how about I help give you a work out? Or I could just keep standing here and pick up evry last bit of energy you exert * the blue orb inbeded in his arm pulses * or I could just go back to your little forest and bind more of its energy to me

*KB's body looked at Xol with a bit of anger.Thoughtlessly it clawed at the barrier in a pathetic attempt to get through.It lacked the mind to make good use of it's powers,and the stupid rage to relentlessly unleash them.All the while KB's mind sat in it's dark box in Heswina's mind.*
There's much more humane ways of telling me it's over Y'know...
