Shadow's ears twitched at Focht's words but he continued forward to bite into Heswina's neck. As his fangs pierced her skin and Karna's blade appeared on his neck he wondered what would happen now that the energy being was between him and Focht. It wouldn't stop Focht but it may cause him to hesitate...not that it mattered. Instead of releasing Heswina though He bit into her throat even harder filling her blood stream with the unique venom he had finished. His essence was then drained down into the ground beneath him even as the body was left standing continuing to bite Heswina and pump venom into her waiting for Focht or Karna to cut it down.

Focht doesn't hesitate, pretty sure that this thing trying to protect Heswina could survive this attack. His hand passes into the spirit being and then into Shadow's husk of a body. Feeling his hand was in Shadow's body, Focht focuses, his hand becoming engulfed in a blue glow inside of the body. All around the hand, spreading outward, organs start to freeze up. Focht continues this until he is sure the heart has been frozen then pulls his hand out with one strong smooth motion, breaking a few of the frozen things to get his hand out. He takes a few steps back, growling because that was just to easy.

Shadow quickly formed a creation of wood and dirt. He rose this up into the center of the dojo and gave the bulky monster six arms. It turned to look around the room slowly even as Shadow awaited his replacement body to arrive it would take a short time.

Anastasius Focht Focht doesn't hesitate, pretty sure that this thing trying to protect Heswina could survive this attack. His hand passes into the spirit being and then into Shadow's husk of a body. Feeling his hand was in Shadow's body, Focht focuses, his hand becoming engulfed in a blue glow inside of the body. All around the hand, spreading outward, organs start to freeze up. He takes a few steps back, growling because that was just to easy. Heswina fell limp to the floor and Karna turned to face Focht. It didn't know that he was trying to protect Heswina, all it knew was that it had attacked it and that it needed to defend it's mistress. A warped black energy began to spark around Karna as it's light blue body took a dark black color, to show it had been wounded. A ball of energy lept from Karna towards Focht, not in an attempt to destroy, but more of a distraction.

Focht wasn't paying attention to the spectral energy creature that was here to help Heswina and takes the ball of energy square in the chest being knocked back a few more feet. Growling in a warning he steps around the creature that had sent the energy at him and kneels next to Heswina. He carefully wipes alittle of the blood from the bite mark up on his finger and sniffs at it to make sure nothing was put into her body. Focht closes his eyes, thinking long and hard about the scent he is getting, having trouble placing it.

Karna was not concerned with Focht's actions, it sped over towards Focht in a blurr of dark blue light and skid to a halt. The front of it's right leg flattened out and sharpened into a blade as Karna brought it's foot back to kick Focht in the head. ((Unlike Shadow's little orc spirits, mine are those of REAL warriors and not brain dead beasts. So don't take them too lightly Focht))

Shadow's golem merely stood as it awaited the arrival of it's masters body. Shadow himself merely watched with interest and wondered how Heswina's body was responding to the combination of 9 snake venoms, 2 scorpions, 1 fish, and a wyvern. It would be interesting to see how she acted if or when she was well once more. It was at least doubtful she would try to get near him again.

Focht drops to the side, away from the incoming kick. As he goes over, he lashes out with is foot closest to the creature, aiming for its ankle, hoping to get it off balance for awhile so he can explain or finish.

Karna's pure energy body was thrown from it's feet as it landed on the ground. "Explain yourself! Why should I halt my attack?!?"

Shadow's new body arrived at last and he merged with it. An instant later he was moving to a spot below Heswina. At the same time the earth and wood creation moved toward Focht and Karna. It held out a hand and a column of dirt and wood shot towards Focht from it's body.
At the same time Shadow opened his soul void beneath Heswina's body. It was time to see how long she could keep her soul in place with the venom weakening her body.

Focht holds up the fingers with Heswina's blood on them.
"This is why.... She has been poisoned...... now if you would be so kind as to sit your glowing butt down, I will try to figure out the cure for it."
Focht bites into the middle finger of his clean hand, piercing enough to draw blood. He moves his hand over the bite mark on Heswina's neck, letting the properties of his blood do their thing. He goes back to sniffing at the blood and trying to tell why he didn't know what this stuff was even though it smelled so familiar to him.

His eyes snap open as he hastily constructs a wall of air to stop the incoming attack. Feeling the tug on his soul he places his hand on her stomach, in reality his soul was grabbing hers to keep it from going anywhere. He growls in pain, using his soul like this was hard on him and he just hoped the creation didn't press the attack too much while he was doing this.

A blue dome of energy surrounded Focht and Heswina as Karna took the form of a shield. The dirt and wood smashing against it's body and causing pain to ripple through it's non-existant being.
"Wait for it...wait for it..." Heswina's voice was so distant and her pain so far gone she didn't even realize what she was doing. The spirit known as Diana was on stand by, waiting for her to spring her trap on Shadow.
