I am afraid.══════════════════════════════════════════ [Miraclesky waited eagerly, and before she knew it, Silverstar was reciting the last words. She held her breath, extremely happy for her Clanmate and former and future denmate. A purr erupted from her throat, her blue eyes sparkling.]
"Hawkblaze! Hawkblaze!" Miraclesky yowled, the first to do so. Thunderflight joined in next to her, their voices mingling as the first cats chanting his name. ══════════════════════════════════════════When push comes to shove,
You taste what you're made of.
On your knees you look up,
Decide you've had enough.
You get mad, you get strong.
Wipe your hands, shake it off.
Then you stand.

"Mama, how much longer do we have to walk?" the kit asked tiredly. She was practically asleep on her paws!
[A rough purr came from in front of her.] "Do not worry Leopard, my sweet," Flame meowed behind her. "Just a little farther." [The only thing that betrayed the she-cat's facade was her scared, unblinknig eyes.
Leopard shuddered. Why was Flame so frightened? What was there to be afraid of? There was no other scent other than themselves, and the scent of some woodland thing that she kept scenting.
Soon enough, she heard the crunching sound of brambles being stepped on. By something heavy. A stench blew into her nostrils, and just as quickly as the scent came, so did a black and white creature.
Leopard froze. Was this creature a friend? It surely didn't seem so. Her hazel colored eyes turned to the ginger and white she-cat that was in front of her. Her fear scent grew as Leopard's eyes layed on her.] "Mama, what's that?" she asked in a quavering voice.
[There was no answer for a while, until a snarl erupted from Flame.] "Run!" she yowled, and teeth met the kit's scruff. [But the teeth didn't belong to Flames.
A screech of fury climbed up the she-kit's throat as she tried to remember what Flame had taught her. Try to trip the opponet? Dig her claws into its eyes? No, all of the moves were wrong for the moment, for this wasn't a cat! Not even remotely cat-like.
She felt herself go airbourne after a few rough shakes, and soon after, a body crashed into her, leaving her winded. She didn't dare open her eyes.
She listened to the screeching and hissing of her mother for a few long minutes, until it grew weaker. The she-kit opened her eyes, trying to locate the two. She caught sight of the badger lumbering away, and not far from it, her mother lying motionlessly.
Leopard let out a wail, trying to get up to see Flame, but a shocking pain shot through one of her back legs, and an odd crunch followed, making her crumple over, yowling in agony.]

 H a w k b l a z e“Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow.”___________________________[Hawkblaze's eyes widened, shining greatfully as his leader rested her muzzle atop his head, and as his Clanmates chanted his new name into the sky. He wanted to thank Silverstar, but it would be breaking the rules of the vigil. Clamping his jaws shut, the tabby tom swept the camp with his amber gaze, purring as he silently thanked them all, and StarClan, for granting him such a priviledge. He saw Thunderflight in particular, her pelt contrasting Miraclesky's as they sat side by side. He felt a tingle shoot down his spine as his pelt grew hot. Ignoring the feeling, Hawkblaze focused on the chanting of the Clan. Finally, he was a warrior.]

[Silverstar felt a purr erupt from her throat, leaping down from the Fernhill. She blinked warmly at Hawkblaze, then padded back to where Thunderflight and Miraclesky sat, She blinked warmly at her former apprentice and the orange she-cat who sat beside her, and flicked her tail. She blinked again, then padded to Brightspirit and Whisperpaw sat.]
"Congratulations," Silverstar meowed, flicking her friend on the shoulder. ══════════════════════════════════════════Nobility, faith, bravery, loyalty...
All makings of a true warrior.

Leopard sat up once more, trying to balance herself. When she did so, she limped toward Flame's motionless body. Please tell me she's kidding, she pleaded silently, dragging her broken leg behind her. She nosed the ginger and white body. Flame's head moved limply to the side. Her heart sank.] "No, not not," she whispered frantically, nudging her again. "Get up," she meowed. "It's only a flesh wound. It'll heal soon!" her voice rose the more frantic she got. She whimpered sadly, thrusting her muzzle into her mother's clotted fur, inhaling. "Please, wake up! We'll find some twolegs! They'll take care of you!" she whispered, but it was no use. She was dead.

I am afraid.══════════════════════════════════════════ [Miraclesky bounded forward, Thunderflight beside her as they ran to congratulate their friend. Miraclesky skidded to a halt, her blue eyes curious and sparkling.]
"Congratulations!" Miraclesky and Thunderfligt said at the same, and an amused mew squeaked from Miraclesky, making her sound like a kit.
[She parted her jaws to speak again, but she pricked her ears. Her sky blue eyes narrowed as she tried to put a name to the cry, but then she realized, A cat needed help!]
"Come on, you guys! Hawkblaze, get Silverstar!" Miraclesky commanded, turning tail and dashing out of camp, Thunderflight following.
[The pair followed the yowls and scent, orange pelt beside black. Miraclesky and Thunderflight burst upon the sight, just in time to see a badger lumber away and two cats sprawled out on the ground in pain. Miraclesky looked at Thunderflight, her paws frozen to the spot. She wasn't a medicine cat!] ══════════════════════════════════════════When push comes to shove,

H a w k b l a z e“Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow.”___________________________[Hawkblaze panicked, the faint, distant wail of a cat finally reaching him. He scrambled on his paws, pelting over to Silverstar. As he parted his jaws to speak, he realized that he still had to sit vigil, and until the end of it, remain silent.
Eyes frantically wide, he repeatedly flicked his tail in the direction of Thunderflight and Miraclesky, pointed with his nose as well. Silverstar didn't seem to understand, so he butted her shoulder with his head, roughly nudging her toward the camp entrance.]

I try and I try to keep up with the clan, But I seemingly fail. I... I..." she stopped and drooped her head. " Forgive me." she muttered. "This is greedy request... and... Please forgive me." [She shook her head and waited a moment, collecting her thoughts. She looked up, her face calm and platent. 'And so I go' she agonized as she padded to the warriors den barely noticing the commotion and continued on her way] -Sigh-... I will make her emotionally discomforted. [Leopard whirled her head around at the sound of foreign cats entering the small clearing. Her eyes wandered from the ginger colored cat to the black cat. She hissed menacingly, not wanting the cats to go near her mother.] "Not o-one s-s-step closer!" she snarled, making a pitiful atempt to leap at the cats. [She stopped up short, tumbling ungracefully, rolling into the ginger cat. She stood up quickly, trying to back up, but she felt the immense pain in her back leg once more. She hissed, sitting down so she leaned on her good leg. She dared to look down at her leg, hissing in shock. Blood matted the rumpled, broken limb. That was the least of her worries though. That could be fixed....couldn't it?]

Is trust so hard to earn?══════════════════════════════════════════ [Silverstar looked at Hawkblaze as if he had three heads, She pricked her ears, hearing the faint wail of a cat in pain. Silverstar immediately understood. But instead of heading out of camp, she veered intoMoonblaze's den, who was organizing herbs. The white medicine cat looked up and blinked at the newcomers, sitting down.]
"Oh! Congratulations, Hawkblaze," Moonblaze meowed, then looked at Silverstar.
"Someone's hurt in the forest, sounding in pain. Miraclesky and Thunderflight had already leftm" Silverstar explained, then turned and bounded out of the den, flicking her tai for Hawkpaw to follow.
[Moonblaze gathered some dock, goldenrod, and marigold as she followed Silverstar. Silverstar followed the scent of Thunderflight and Miraclesky, stumbling- literally- upon the scene. Moonblaze pushed past Silverstar in the group, hurrying forward to examine the leopard spotted cat. Silverstar looked around; Miraclesky was frozen to the spot, her clue eyes as big as the moon, Thunderflight was trying to coax the leopard cat. She padded forard and sniffed the ginger and white cat, scents of rogue and badger mingling. She pressed her nose into the cold fur, a feelinf of dread prickling her pelt.]
"Sh-she's dead," Silverstar murmured, then said it a bit louder. "She's gone." ══════════════════════════════════════════Nobility, faith, bravery, loyalty...
All makings of a true warrior.

H a w k b l a z e“Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow.”___________________________[Ears and tail drooping, Hawkbaze softly padded up to the rogue's body, not wanting to touch it, partly out of respect, partly out of fear. He could still scent badger in its pelt. He looked over to Thunderflight; the leopard-pelted cat that she was trying to subdue looked to be not much older than a few moons, so the dead rogue must've been her mother, or something like it.
Hawkblaze swallowed, his gaze hardening. They'd sort things out with the body later; right now, the group of cats had to take care of the leopard cat. She--he assumed by her scent--seemed to be limping. Hopefully Moonblaze had brought along the proper herbs to tend to whatever it was that was hurting the rogue.]_________________________

[Fadingkit stayed in her den during the ceremonies but her head flew up at the sound of the cry. She sighed but didn't do anything thing. The clan didn't need her, Moonblaze would take care of whatever was going on. Besides, who needed the help of a kit who only got in the way? The small kit rested her head sadly on her front paws and let out a soft cry. Her blue eyes gazed up at the sky sadly.]
[Cindermoon raced after Silverstar and hung her head sadly. The poor kit. The deputy padded forward and looked at the kit gently. She let out a sfot purr and spoke calmly to the kit.] "Don't worry little one. No one is going to hurt you here, we just want to help you. My name is Cindermoon, would you mind telling me your name so I can get you some help? We have herbs back at our camp that will help the pain in your leg," [Cindermoon mewed in a motherly tone. The deputy had always wanted kits and she would do anything to help a kit in need.]

Leopard flinched protectively as one cat came to inspect her leg. She squirmed uncomfortably as other cats came. It was crowded.
When a cat spoke of Flame's death, she squeezed her eyes shut, shaking. She let her fierce facade fall uselessly. She was dead. Her mother was dead.
Another cat spoke, directly to her. She let out a soft whimper, squeezing her eyes tighter. "She's dead. She's dead. Gone," she meowed shakily, half to herself. "My name's Leopard," she meowed in a hushed voice, shaking uncontrollably.

[Cindermoon gave Leopard a soft lick on the head. The dark gray she-cat pressed close to Leopard, trying to comfort the kit.] "It's nice to meet you, Leopard. Do you want you want to come back to my clan's camp with me? We can bring your mother and once you are treated, you can sit vigil for her," [she mewed softly.Cindermoon knew that the death of the Leopard's mother would be hard for the kit, but Cindermoon would do everything she could to help her.]
