"Not it," Terry said immediately, and vanished. She was NOT his problem, and she could take care of herself. If any little kid was capable of surviving on the Gotham streets, it was that one. Besides, he still had that one Vandal Savage to beat up.

Shadow grimmaced a bit and started to move some of the shadows around her.
"I'll get her." Alex suddenly said. "She couldn't have gotten that far. Besides, I don't need either of you two killing anybody. Because I know you don't have a problem with it." Alex said.
Shadow looked over at her a moment. She really couldn't do much at the moment. Heck, she wasn't sure she could walk yet.
"I know where she's going to. I'll get her." Warp said.
"No, you'll go beat the tar out of whoever's wherever. I'll get her." Alex said, and to keep the argument from going any farther, she immediately headed off towards an exit Rosie could have taken.

Still irritated, and irritated with himself for letting his emotions be manipulated, Terry took off, jetting off toward the hotel. He couldn't think of anyone better to take out his pent up frustration on than Hitler's former aide. The problem would be the girl... How to explain that her new boyfriend ate his kids? Hmmm.... What to say, what to say....

Instead of taking the food off of the cart, like he did last night, Savage placed it next to where Sapphire was sitting last night, grabbed a plate of eggs, and sat down where he sat last night. "Eat up, most of it's for you."

Sapphire eyed the cart up a moment, then moved towards her seat to sit down. She was hungry enough, she might simply dig into everything. Couldn't help but feel embarassed to do so though...besides, if she at slow, she should become fuller quicker.

Savage watched her apprehensiveness, and laughed lightly. "You think you're the only hungry pregnant woman I've seen in my lifetime? Go ahead! Eat!" He proceeded to follow his own advice, eating the eggs the he'd grabbed for himself. Nights like last night left him with an appetite.

Sapphire felt a small kick, followed by another one, as if they were agreeing with Savage too. She smiled a bit. Well, that was good enough permission for her. She moved towards the plate closest to her, and pretty much dug in. Didn't worry about cutting anything into squares, just made them small enough to fit in her mouth without her taking five minutes to chew it.

Savage ate as if nothing was wrong. As he finished, he got a plate of pancakes and started on that. He figured she'd eat far more than he would, anyways.

Savage, who had finished half of his new plate, got up, put on his underwear and pants, took off the robe, grabbed a knife from his assortment of blades, still in their holster on the chair back, and walked to the door. Instead of opening it, he stood off to the unhinged side of it; neither of them had called for room service, and he was no idiot. He called out, "Who is it?" His face was calm. This was no new occurence.

Sapphire paused from her second plate and glanced over at the door. Room Service? Plenty of food here, so it shouldn't be. She waited a moment and watched both Savage and the door.

Savage almost laughed. In this city, only one person EVER used a tone like that. "You're really no good at this game... Batman." Savage backed away from the door, and signalled Sapphire to do the same. "Besides, I've commited no crime. What brings you here?"
