Jade mewed softly at Dante. Tears were still falling. She was just so happy to have him back.

Aaron stood leaning up against a nearby tree next to where Dante and Jade were. He had a lit cigarette in his mouth. He released a puff of smoke as he saw Dante. He stood up straight. "You new around here?" he asked Dante.

The ferret jumpped off of his shoulder and shifted back to her human self. "I just missed you so much." She then hugged him and cried. "I was so scared, that you wouldn't return. It's just been so hard living without you here."

Dante held her close to him. "Jade, Its ok. It takes alot to kill me. Trust me I would know" He laughed then gently kissed her head and whispered "I love you" He looked over to the man with the smoke. "No, I've been here. You new?"

Aros bobbed his head to one side jestureing Anna to come away from the group and follow her.
Anna with tears still streaming down her face follows him to the edge of the forest.
