It was just a suggestion. It would be quite difficult since there are new militia members joining often.

Boota Pouncer Sanu-Yasha the Black Lotus has no need for uniforms, but the Militia does, being a "professional" civilian task force... but the relaxed atmosphere is it's trade-mark, putting a cheap tuxedo on it will only tarnish it...
