Now time to spin ye all a yarn about the fun that is wordplay!

This is a part from episode 30, from my first series.

At this point, we all meet a girl and we are asking about her pet's name...

Amanita, and Anita? Guh. That is almost as lame as my characters Ray, Tommy and Bebee Gun. I love it.

But those are still better than Kuro and Shiro. A part of me dies inside whenever someone comes up with their SUPAH-KAWAII character and names it one of those.

Kenshou Tenshouzan...My first made up characters name...
If you know where either of these words come from, I owe you 100g.
Its pitiful really...

What do those mean? should I be angry when i see them?

In Japanese, kuro means black and shiro means white. It annoys me because it's overused by weeaboos; it's a really unoriginal way of pointing out the good or bad guy.

When it comes to naming Misc. characters, it's a little tricky, caus ei gotta make sure it's good, but not too good.

But I make sure to do my research.

So far the only Japanese-like name I gave to one character was Usagi. The ninja girl from my movie poster.

But seeng as she's a main character, that's why i gave her that good a name.

Baby name books/sites are incredibly fun to browse through when trying to figure out a name. 3nodding

You remind me of one of my real life friends. She gets pissed of at the same s**t.

I got Owwin's name a really weird way. I saw a book that was laying upside down, but I thought it was right side up while I was reading the name. I could read the first name but it had a backwards N, but the last name had a bunch of upside down letters. Then I realized that the name i was reading was actually the last name upside down. So Owwin Nimmo was born.

Definitely.

Now Sofia's not my character originally, but I like her name, cause it means wisdom.

Hmm... In retrospect I think the names I gave my characters were mostly derived from megaman zero games... Ill never forget you Kenshou Tenshouzan...
REMAKE TIME!
In anyones opinion, Is this name too long for a character?

Tenshouzan sounds more like an attack.

Like Eiji's Rekkuzan.

XD

I blame annoying fandoms. Every group has it's stupid/horrible/annoying/etc. vocal minority, and being assumed to be like that because we share an interest/hobby/view/opinion gets old.

Depends. Is there a problem with calling him just by his first/last name or shortening it and giving him a nickname?

No that is a great name. It is much shorter than Harvey Moseiwitsch Volodarskii.

lol it is! MMZero 2- is for the rising slash you get from Phoenix Magnion. whee

While were at it, Kenshou means Sage ( Kenshou Harpuia)
So I tried to be creative sorta and Call him a rising Sage, like he was working his way up to become great or somethin.

I was obsessed with Harpuia for a long time, and still am 3nodding

Whwn I created... well, T, I didn't really have a last name in mind...

so at the risk of sounding generic, I dediced to say that the last name is D'Hero.

T D'Hero. But the H is silent.

I... don't think I'll be implementing it in the story, though...
